“I want to start off by saying the hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had an issue with the carpet and they had someone put in an hour. The house is amazing and spacious located in the mountains to enhance the experience with so many attractions located nearby. Although the house was amazing in many ways, there is so much room for improvements. “The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt ”

“Booked for two days and was forced to check out at 10am the next day and recheck in later. Missed morning of skiing and family time to repack everything and had to store my luggage in the lobby and wait for recheck. Lost money time and host only promised compensation but no longer responded. Please save your time and money, go somewhere else and BEWARE of this host!”
