“Place was closed and locked when we arrived. Had to call sister accommodation to try and open it up. First night we were the only people in the place. Stayed two nights. I never saw a single member of staff the whole time”

“We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on.
