Below the dramatic cliffs lies the vast expanse of Saltburn’s beach, stretching for miles, accessible via the vintage Victorian tramway that adds a touch of nostalgia to your seaside experience. This charming apartment seamlessly blends into its vibrant surroundings, boasting many period features such as high ceilings and tall bay windows that invite the essence of Saltburn’s Victorian heritage.

As you step inside, you’ll be delighted by the character and warmth that envelops the space. The welcoming living room at the front of the apartment features two sumptuous sofas arranged around a fireplace and TV, creating an inviting spot for relaxation. A separate and spacious dining room with an electric stove and an additional sofa offers a social and relaxing space, adjoining the characterful and well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, you’ll find a king size bedroom adorned with a feature fireplace, along with a cosy single bedroom and a convenient shower room. Ascend to the first floor to discover the third bedroom, equipped with two single beds and a feature fire-place.

**THERE IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £150 ** to be paid directly to the owner by 12pm on day of check-in (owner will contact guests with BACs information) after payment keys to access property will be provided in key lock. Upon departure this will be fully refunded pending thorough inspection of property, pending no damage, replacement of features and bedding. If property is found in a dirty condition or any fouling from dog in the garden, that will require extra time to clean a charge will also be applied.Please follow Check-out rules to the letter, please lock as advised all windows/doors, leaving no windows open, and leave property in a tidy, decent condition.
