“We had a really good time at this property. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped for what we wanted. It was very hot whilst we were there, so the air con and pool were very much appreciated! The town itself has several decent restaurants (so no need to cook, if you dont want to!) and there are some local buses but a car is needed really to make the most of the wider surrounding area (including the beautiful pool).The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful with any queries...

“Recently we have spent 10 wonderful days in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Apart from all the different places of touristic interest we really enjoyed staying at Vecchia Posta in Cavriglia, a quiet little town 60 km south of Florence. The former post office constitutes a lovely old house, which has been embellished on a grand scale. Vecchia Posta is surrounded by a big garden and offered more than enough space for the three of us as well as all comfort and facilities we were looking for....

“Schitterende locatie, waarbij je ver rond kan kijken. Zelfstandig woongedeelte, voor 2 volwassenen voldoende ruimte. Fijn dat er een zitje bij het appartement is. Ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaren, die je erg gastvrij zijn. Ze hebben zelfs een avond voor ons heerlijk gekookt! Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.”

“Unser Aufenthalt war leider ein kompletter Reinfall! Das Haus war leider Dreckig und in schlechtem Zustand. Die versprochenen Annehmlichkeiten wie zum Beispiel Billard Tisch waren unbrauchbar. Fast alle Liegen und Stühle am Pool waren kaputt und unbrauchbar. Eine Familienmitglied hat sich sogar am Stuhl verletzt als sie sich darauf gesetzt hat. Die Auflagen für die Liegen waren verschimmelt- wurden aber dann ausgetauscht . Die Bilder haben absolut nicht der Wahrheit entsprochen.”
