The building where the apartment is located was inaugurated in December 2021.

The apartment is filled with windows, making it airy and well-lit.

The swimming pool and gym of the condominium are freely accessible during the stay and for common use. The use of facilities such as the barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area depends on availability and requires prior payment of an extra condominium fee.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
