The apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. The bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV with access to popular streaming services like YouTube and Netflix. The living room also has a Smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of the sofa.

Stay cool during the hot weather with the split air conditioning units in the apartment, available in the living room and bedroom. You can also stay connected with our ultra-fast 300 Mbps Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for meal preparation, including a refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, and other essential cooking tools. There's also a washing machine available for your convenience.

The guest will have access to the condominium's swimming pool and gym, which are for common use.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
