Excellent house with 5 bedrooms (3 suites), located in the Sol condominium in Guarajuba.

The complete and cozy space has air conditioning in all bedrooms, kitchen, living room and Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the outdoor area has a wonderful swimming pool with sun loungers and a gourmet area with barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 days we charge for water and energy;

***A deposit of R$1,500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The rooms are arranged as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 queen bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet and smart TV;

Suite 2 (superior): 1 queen bed, 1 double mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet and smart TV;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 queen bed, split air conditioning, fan, blackout curtains, closet and smart TV;

Bedroom 1 (superior): 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;

Bedroom 2 (superior): 2 single beds, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet.

NOTE: Bedrooms 1 and 2 share 1 bathroom, making one of them a suite.

Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast and recently received the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized ecological labels in the world and which only 14 beaches have achieved. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment. For this achievement, Praia went through a long process of prerequisites that lasted more than 1 year, ranging from water quality assessment to environmental management.
