Wonderful high standard house, located in the Ilha dos Pássaros condominium, in Praia do Forte, with excellent security and infrastructure, offering 2 swimming pools, gym, tennis court, soccer field, lots of green area (Atlantic Forest reserve) and 24 hour concierge.

The space has 4 suites (2 on the ground floor), all with split air conditioning. In addition, a large living room overlooking the pool, equipped with cable TV and a complete American kitchen!

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Water and electricity consumption are charged from 10 nights, at the end of the stay;

***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

The rooms are arranged as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 king-size bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;

Suite 2 (ground floor): 1 king-size bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;

Suite 3 (superior): 1 extra king-size bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet ;

Suite 4 (superior): 1 extra king-size bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtains, closet and smart TV.

The property's highlight is undoubtedly the outdoor area, which features a beautiful swimming pool with a gourmet area. The gourmet area, as can be seen in the photos, features a dining table for 6 people, an electric barbecue grill, a sink, and a refrigerator.

The condominium offers two swimming pools, a gym, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, a green area (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available Friday through Sunday for access to the village and the beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool at my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice for a variety of tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
