O condomínio offers more than 29,000 m² of leisure area, featuring a beautiful artificial lake and exclusive beach access. Some spaces like the barbecue area and event areas need to be booked in advance and require payment of fees set by the condominium for use.

The condominium is located in a privileged area of Praia do Forte, surrounded by rich biodiversity. Between the sea with its delightful crystal-clear pools and the calm waters of Lagoa Timeantube, a natural reserve that houses over 245 bird species, the environment is a true paradise for nature lovers.

To reach the famous "Piscinas do Papa Gente," you need to walk 500 meters inside the condominium. There are two main pools: one approximately 3 meters deep and another over 6 meters deep.

The location is easily found with the help of a coconut vendor strategically positioned in front of the pools. They also rent masks and snorkels for those wishing to explore the underwater wonders. Walking on the rocks to the pools can be challenging, so windsurfing shoes can be helpful, although it's possible to get there without them.

Spending time at "Piscinas do Papa Gente" is a delightful experience, where you can observe a great quantity and variety of fish. It's important to take care in the sun, especially on your back and the back of your legs, as the breeze and water can mask the intensity of sunburn.
