The space
The main house has three bedrooms, the master suite has a king bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom is set up as a bunk room with 3 single beds and floor mats for additional sleeping for the kiddos. The second bathroom has a nice bathtub for soaking. The ‘pool bath’ has a shower and is located off the kitchen and leads out to the pool deck. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, double fridge with ice-maker and is very well stocked!
Sliding glass door in the dining room leads out to the pool deck where you will enjoy an in ground swimming pool (not heated but regularly hits 80 degrees in the summer months). There is cozy two person hot tub tucked in the landscaping next to the outdoor shower. Snuggle up to the gas fire pit after you BBQ some steaks on the Weber grill. There is corn-hole, badminton, and ladder ball outside. Inside there are plenty of board games, cards, art supplies, and arcade cocktail table with hundreds of games to choose from.
The second unit is available for an additional charge and consists of a private detached luxury studio suite with private bath and kitchenette. Select 8 guests or more to gain access.
Trinity village has spotty cell phone service but we have a mesh wifi system connected to Starlink for excellent high speed internet coverage. Set your phone to wifi calling and never miss a beat. Or just turn it off for the weekend and enjoy paradise.
Other things to note
Please note that this property consists of a 3bed/3bath house with an additional separate studio apartment. The apartment is included when you book with 8 or more guests and is an additional charge. We do not book the apartment separately so it will be vacant if you don’t book it.
