Hotel a Salyersville

“Oh my sweet mother of snap was this a disaster. They don't mention on the website they are undergoing massive renovations on EVERY floor, (which by the way are sorely needed). You have to work your way around construction materials and crew to get to your room. When we went in to my mothers room it smelled like R Kelly had a party there. “Terrible service the send my room twice and a person entry in my room by 3am, and after that can’t sleep any more, l call service desk and they say sorry we move the person to different room. That is disrespectful. That hotel is very unsafe; something else could have happened. And even with that, they double-charged me, I'm still fighting to resolve to this day.”

“The room was very clean and the staff were friendly! The breakfast was okay but the coffee is weak. I do definitely recommend though, especially for the price!”
