Ground floor: large living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate WC, 1 master bedroom "Gamay" (160x200cm bed + ensuite shower room). Upstairs: relaxation/reading area on the landing, 1 bedroom "Pinot Noir" (160x200cm bed, cot), bedroom "Sauvignon" (2 single beds 90x200cm), shower room. Bed linen (beds made) and heating are included. Baby equipment available on request: high chair, baby bath or bath seat, changing table, bottle warmer and baby bouncer (only the fitted sheet for the cot is provided). Equipment for young children available on request: high chair with booster seat, toilet seat reducer with step stool. The upstairs staircase is secured by a gate. Outside, the house opens onto a veranda, an open courtyard, and a terrace. A removable sliding gate can be installed if children are present. Occasionally, the owners may need to access the barn through the courtyard. This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. It is a non-smoking property. Located in the heart of the Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, and Chenonceau castles, 10 km from the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire and its Garden Festival, and 30 minutes from the Beauval Zoo/Safari Park, the cottage is situated on the Châteaux à Vélo cycling route, offering a unique perspective of these castles. Completely renovated and located in the heart of a former village vineyard, adjoining the tasting room and near the home of the recently retired winemaker, the Logis was the home of his parents and grandparents, also winemakers, for several generations. The cottage has been beautifully renovated, blending modern and rustic elements to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Your hosts, Bénédicte and Gilles, welcome you to their former vineyard to share their passion for winemaking. During your stay, they will be delighted to explain their craft and offer you a tasting of the wines still in stock.
