One double and one triple bedroom (one of which is a bunk bed) with wardrobes and bedside tables. An additional toddler bed is available. Winter garden/balcony. Walking distance to the next bus stop 3 minutes, to the railway station 10 minutes. Normal water consumption, lighting and cooking electricity are included in the all-inclusive price. The tenant undertakes to keep the flat clean. Cooking utensils and crockery must be left clean for the next tenant. Internet access is free of charge. Care must be taken of the furniture and other furnishings. The technical equipment must not be tampered with. Damage must be reported to the caretaker immediately. The landlord must be compensated appropriately. Missing inventory items will be charged in full to the tenant. If there is a risk of frost, the radiators must not be set to zero. The landlord accepts no liability for the effects and objects brought in by the tenant. The holiday flat may be occupied by a maximum of five persons. Subletting is not permitted. The tenant undertakes to comply with the house rules. Children are particularly welcome. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.Samedan is not only the district capital, but also the hub of the Rhaetian Railway and home to a small international airport, the highest in Europe.
