Several middle school children from the same tournament, not our team, were in the pool, screaming and splashing so much water was going all over the pool deck. Parents did nothing and no hotel staff came to regulate. So chaotic one of my kids couldn’t even enter the room. Very disappointed. “My stay was great. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub. Tracy, who was at the front counter during check-in was super friendly and accommodating. I asked for an extra bed because my girls are super tall, and she understood that right away. ”

“Staff needs to be more customer friendly, and greet customers with a positive attitude. We know this isn’t a Hilton or Marriott but please try to be more friendly with your customers. The hotel itself is nice and we’ve stayed at this Burlington location 4-5 times. Would like to come back. ”

“Poorly maintained building. The TV in the room had a really poor connection and wasn't level. The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The bathroom fan was noisy and didn't appear to work either.”

“If you need help, There’s no hotel staff present at the front desk after 7pm-9:00am. Hotel Website says breakfast between 7am- 9am, no staff were available and the breakfast area was completely closed at 8am, we had to make a McDonald’s run and staff arrived at 9am.”
