“隣にサウナがあり、使用勝手がとても良かった。洗濯機が不調だったがすぐに入れ替えてくれ、対応が迅速であった。 トイレの洗浄水が弱く流れが悪かった。部屋にタイ独特の臭いが少し気になった。 レセプションの対応も良く、その他設備も良かったので、快適に過ごせた。 ”

“We had a really lovely stay here. The hotel is very clean and the staff are absolutely amazing – a special thanks to Art and all the reception team, who were super nice and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. There are a couple of small areas for improvement: the shower water didn’t drain properly, and the pool area could benefit from a bit more regular maintenance. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay with excellent service and a warm atmosphere.”

“ BTS Phrom Phong駅から近く、駅前には日本人にはお馴染みのタイ料理屋さんもあり、便利です。 ホテルはSoi39から少し入ったところで、住宅地の中でもさらに静かです。ホテルも部屋もきれいです。 少し広めの部屋にとまったのですが、冷蔵庫・電子レンジに加えIH調理コンロ、食器＋鍋＋フライパン、さらにベランダに洗濯機もあり、すこぶる便利です。”

“清潔感、スタッフの対応や笑顔、洗濯機付きの部屋など、ホテル自体に関しては満足・特に気になった点はありませんでした。快適に過ごせました。 ただ駅から遠いので、交通の便という点では若干難ありなのかなと。グラブやバイタクを使えば何ら問題ありませんでしたが。”

“ホテル自体はとても綺麗で部屋に洗濯機もあり不足するものはなく満足でした！ チェックイン時も親切で、荷物を預けてポータブル充電も貸してくれました。ホテル自体は全く不満ありません。 ただ、立地としては周辺に男性が喜ぶようなお店が多く良い雰囲気ではありません。また、道には大きい段差がありスーツケースを引いて歩くにはしんどかったです。 重ねて言いますがホテルと従業員自体はとても良かったです！”
