Room was very good, clean, and quiet. The hotel is in a strategic position, with shops and restaurants at walking distance The added value, in my case, was the reception personnel. “Clean but not supper . We had to change and move into 3 rooms because of poor maintenance. Tv not working and toilet 🚽 water supply found broken . Another room found cigarette smells so we had to move into room number 3 in the middle of the night . And third stilll found smelling cigarette but less smell than room 2 so me and wife had to accepted as it was 12 midnight 🕛 already and we had trip as early 7am 🕖. “We reached Medi Otel around 6 am on Nov.18 they charged us 39$ for early check in. Room was untidy Ac and Wi-Fi was not working. Our reservation was till Nov 20 but we checked out in the evening of same day. I need refund of that reservation. Thanking you”
