“The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too. ”

We asked for a restaurant recommendation within walking distance & were directed to a great Korean BBQ restaurant about 10mins walk away. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean.
