Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
our stay (family of 15 with 3 young childrens (ages 1 yo, 1.5 yo, 1.5 yo) in their bungalow house is not comfortable for the following reasons:
1. No internet access in the house where we stay, only at the restaurant.
2. The description on their site is not accurate at all, it is misleading.
3. Has small kitchen table but no chairs to sit if you want to eat; no sofa beds or chairs to sit anywhere in the house except on the lower bunk beds. Whenever we eat, we have to sit either on the floor or the lower bunk beds.
4. The upper bunk beds has droppings/poop of an animal/rodents/insects.
5. The price of the bungalow per day is not worthy of the place.
6. No generator whenever there is power outage (no electricity, no water).
7. Whenever it rains, the roof leaks in the living room (without sofa beds or chairs to sit), three of the upper bunkbeds and toilet sinks.
8. You have to pay for the firewoods if you want to cook in the dirty kitchen.
9. You have to pay for the 5 gal. Mineral water.
10. AC is not cold enough for the said bungalow room. It means it is hot inside the house. All of us are sweating whenever we close the main door.
11. No Blanket on every bunk beds but has One pillow and bath towel.
12. Most of the Staffs are not friendly/accommodating.
13. The shore line/beach line is not well maintained.
