“Pool could be cleaner form bugs. But again, the hotel is in the middle of the jungle. Keep lights off at nights. Bugs won’t come in the room underneath the door. Restaurant is always playing great music!”

“The staff is Amazing. Really good people. They even gave us fresh coconut water when we left. As we have to leave very early, we preordered the breakfast the day before and it was ready perfectly “on time”. They have A/C in the cabin, really necessary. Is a very good choice when visiting Semuc Champey.”

“The hotel is located 10 minutes from semuc champey which makes this a great place to stay. Not a luxury hotel but fair for the location, price, swimming pool, tours available and the river and nature surrounding it. Staff is helpful and friendly. Food is good and not too pricey. Good environment for families, couples or solo Travellers.”

“La dirección está equivocada para empezar, el mapa marca que está por Chiacam pero realmente está en Cobán ( a un promedio de 25 km de distancia ) no es “Casa Completa” es un hotel por lo que no pudimos usar todos los espacios, el lugar estaba horrorosamente sucio, tuvimos que comprar veneno para zancudos y cucarachas, la cocina no es como la fotografía, todo estaba sucio de la cocina, gracias a Dios nosotros llevamos nuestros utensilios, como habían otros inquilinos por ser hotel el lugar,...
