“We tried to check in at midnight after a long day that included a five hour flight after an hour delay. The night clerk was not very helpful. Assigned us a room on the fourth floor but would not give us a map of the property. “I come over from Nevada every 2 weeks to stay there the weekend. An issue that needs to be addressed is with housekeeping staff. I always pay for late check out which is at noon, bearing in mind that maid service is requested they don't automatically just come clean your room.
