It has a fully equipped and independent kitchen, a large open space with living area with Smart TV 50” and a comfortable sofa, dining area and direct access to the large terrace, where you can relax and enjoy a good lunch while enjoying the good weather of the place. With a privileged location, halfway between the capital of Lanzarote and the airport. Surrounded by miles of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a quick connection to the highway to know the rest of the island comfortably.

The apartment has an independent kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets and much more.

To access the house you have to climb a flight of stairs.

A camera is installed on the access stairs to the house, facing the door, to ensure security.
