“Unit was notchecked for damaged faucets b4 we moved in and had a horrible smell. We had to go buy disinfectanfs and clean. A/C filter clogged and dirty.Still that way. Property not maintained at all and insects outside. ”

“Our family loved staying here. It was hot in Big Bear during our stay and this cottage was great. The property is well located in a very quiet area. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway.”

“Room was clean and not cluttered.The private hot tub was so soothing in the night weather. We enjoyed firing up the bbq for a quick bite. It is only a few minutes away from restaurants and markets so we felt it was a perfect balance between a forest stay and our desire to eat out and visit shops. Compact but not claustraphobic, which is important to me. ”

“Very responsive host. Place was comfortable and adequately eqipped. There was construction work going on in the driveway that I had to walk through, but they were considerate while I was in the unit.”

“Easy in and out process. Quiet cute neighborhood. Very pet friendly. The place even has dog bowls, toys, and an extra leash with bags. I enjoyed walking my dog around here. Kids loved all the games available.”

“This is a really great place. It has a perfect layout for a small family to enjoy the Mountain Feel. The cabin is well laid out, really nice and really is a short walk to the Snow Summit base. The Property Management was great. They are really on top of things and made us feel very welcome. I'd stay here again in a second for a future Big Bear trip.”
