“ The hotel itself was okay. Clean enough and reasonably comfortable for a short stay. However, the staff experience really brought it down. They were unhelpful, seemed disinterested, and at times came across as rude. With better customer service, this place could be much better, but as it stands, I wouldn’t rush back. The male working early in the am was completely rude.

“My AC was not working and the hotel could not move me to another room because they were sold out. When entering my room i did notice that the electrical breaker was open. I still wondered the hotel staff knew and still booked the room. I had 2 babys and a diabetic person with me. This was during a heat wave. I checked out early and left and requested a refund. I could not get a refund and had to scramble finding a hotel because expedia or the hotel could not help me find one. This was the worst...

“Very nice, big, clean room with a comfortable bed, A/C and heat. Small kitchen area with nothing in it, because the room had no coffee maker or microwave. It was a very nice room and the staff was great, but I don't know that I would stay here again because of the construction of the building. It's been nicely renovated aesthetically but the walls and ceilings are so thin that we were awake all night to the sounds of televisions and talking next door and tromping around upstairs.
