Beautiful 2-room apartment (67 m²) in Quinta Luna for 4 people, across from Playa Bonita. Very comfortable, bright, and fully equipped.
Located on the first floor with a separate entrance.
Gym, heated indoor-outdoor pool (9 a.m.–9 p.m. in summer and 12 p.m.–7 p.m. in winter).
Assigned uncovered parking space, free of charge.
Outdoor table and chairs for exclusive use. 2 TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom). Heating with radiators and adjustable thermostat.
The bedroom features a king-size bed (which can be converted into two single beds), and the living room has two comfortable sofa beds, each seating one and a half people. Subject to availability, we offer a crib at no charge.
2 bathrooms: 1 en suite with a bathtub and whirlpool, and another with a shower.
Fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
Linens included (sheets and towels for exclusive use inside the apartment). Automatic gate for cars.
Security cameras on the property.
Wi-Fi.
Located across from the beach and close to the access road to Cerro Catedral.
Area with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
Located at km 8 on Av. Ezequiel Bustillo, facing Lake Nahuel Huapi, with a beautiful view! Several buses stop right at the complex’s entrance.
For extended stays, guests are responsible for arranging one weekly cleaning and linen change.
For security reasons, we may request a photo of all guests’ identification documents when necessary. We will also need the vehicle information, whether it is your own car or a rental.
