I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. While the breakfast and customer service were notable positives, the condition of the room fell far below expectations. The photos on the booking platform did not match the room we were given, and there was no image or mention of such a small and poorly maintained room. The bathroom had visible hygiene issues, including larvae in the tub area and a lingering unpleasant odor when using the shower. The overall cleanliness—such as stained walls and dust under the bed—was not up to standard.
I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk and even mentioned that we had to cut our stay short due to the discomfort. Despite this, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment from management. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never felt this uncomfortable in a space meant for rest. I hope the property takes this feedback seriously, as it has potential—but only if cleanliness and transparency are prioritized.
