The Pacific is close enough that you can hear it - and on clear mornings, you can see it from the balcony while coffee brews in the kitchen. With space for up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, this is the kind of place where a group arrives as travelers and leaves as a well-rested crew.

The space
The main living area is built for gathering - comfortable seating, a TV, and a fireplace (electric and gas) anchor the room, while sliding doors open onto a private balcony where the ocean breeze and a peekaboo ocean view make even a quiet evening feel like an occasion. A dedicated workspace in a common area keeps things practical for anyone needing to stay connected, and central air conditioning and central heating mean comfort is dialed in year-round. A ceiling fan adds to the airflow on warmer days.

Sleeping arrangements
The four bedrooms are spread across the home with each offering its own character. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, an ensuite full bathroom, and a private deck with a partial ocean view - a strong case for the best room in the house. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds along with additional lounge space, ideal for families or groups who want a little extra room to spread out. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed and a twin bed, while Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. A pullout sofa in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to 10. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are all provided.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a lineup of cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are on hand for your morning routine. A dining table brings the group together inside, while the gas BBQ grill, barbecue utensils, and outdoor furniture offer a relaxed alternative for meals al fresco.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms serve the home, including the ensuite off Bedroom 1. Both are equipped with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - everything you need without the packing stress.

Two tandem driveway parking spaces are included, along with free street parking. Note that the unit is on the upper level and requires 45 stairs to access. Keyless entry provides a seamless, code-based check-in - no physical keys required.
