Beach Access Retreat_2 Bd, 2 Ba, Walk to the Beach

Newly REMODELED with added HOT TUB!

Located just one block away (less than a two-minute walk) from our beautiful beach and just a short walk along the sand away from the main pier area.

The house has beautiful dark wood flooring throughout and a great design with a gourmet kitchen including granite countertops and an adjacent great room living space and dining room.

The Primary Bedroom has a California King-sized bed with large-screen television and ceiling fan. It’s equipped with a newly remodeled bathroom featuring double sinks, and a large shower and has loads of closet space.

The Second Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a full closet, and has easy access to the shared full bathroom with a full-sized bathtub, and a rain head shower.

The patio area has a private hot tub, outdoor dining, barbecue, fire table, and also a seating area for relaxation while taking in the gorgeous beach climate.

Very centrally located a short distance from the beach and has easy access to a variety of local markets, coffee houses, and dozens of restaurants and bars.

PETS_We adore our dog so we do allow dogs and the back yard area is enclosed; but, we charge a $100 fee per dog, because they do require us to spend more time cleaning and add to the wear and tear on the property.

Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog and we will send you a request for that fee before your arrival date.

We also ask that you clean up all messes in the yard before your departure.

Our first sisters’ getaway couldn’t have been more perfect! This beautiful home made our trip truly special—warm, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. We loved that everything was within walking distance: the beach, the charming San Clemente pier, and local spots, so no driving was needed. The house itself was spacious and inviting, with a private patio ideal for relaxing and plenty of room inside for games and laughter. The hot tub was the ultimate touch for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking together a joy, and we enjoyed every meal at home. We’re already dreaming of coming back for our next sisters’ weekend!

The property is clean and we enjoyed our time there. Our biggest disappointment was the beach access at the end of the street is closed until fall 2026. Since that was one reason we rented this property it made walks to the beach longer because the next closest access is over a half mile away. The master suite doesn’t have light switches to turn on lights in the room. The only working light in the room is on the dresser. The hanging lights beside the bed were not plugged in or working. There is internet at the house but no tv service logged into either of the tvs. We choose not to use our personal information to access the You Tube TV the owners are paying for. We did login to our own accounts(Netflix) and then made sure to log out of them before we left. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of pots and pans but lacks a sheet pan or cake pan to use in the oven.

My daughter and I spent 5 days in San Clemente. The house was very charming and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Loved the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood which was within easy walking distance of the beach path and main shopping/dining area; such a great location! Wish we were still there!

Perfect for our lovely week on the coast

This property in San Clemente made a great home base for exploring the area. The house is very comfortable for a family wanting two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The couch is large if you need more space. It has a very nice kitchen, dining and living area/seating, and our dogs really enjoyed the fully fenced/gated yard. The owners have thought of everything to make your visit very comfortable.You can walk to the beach/beach path or downtown San Clemente, and I-5 is accessible within minutes. Dana Point and Laguna Beach are right next door, so it is fast and easy to explore further and enjoy something new every day. Highly recommended!

Loved San Clementine VRBO house

We enjoyed our stay in San Clementine. Skip was an amazing host and the house was perfect. Our family loved the area and enjoyed the T-Street beach. The community uses golf carts to get around to shops, restaurants, and beaches. We rented a golf cart and truly enjoyed it. I definitely recommend renting one if going with a family. The house had everything we needed and we are already talking to Skip about booking 2 weeks for next summer. 1 week was just not enough. Loved, loved, loved, the house and the location. Thanks! Great communication with the owner and myself. House location is walkable to the beach and close to the shops. House was clean and exactly what I expected. Parking is hard to find in that neighborhood, so having a two car garage was a huge benefit. Also, full size washer and dryer came in handy. House was great we would stay here again.

Perfect spot for a winter getaway with our pup

Really enjoyed our stay here at this San Clemente gem. Great neighborhood and overall vibe of this nice beach town. Literally a block away from the beach access and a great trail that went all the way from South San Clemente to North San Clemente that allowed bikes and dogs as well. Skip was great and responsive when we had a small issue with the bicycle that was at the property. He came and picked it up had it fixed and brought it back the same day with a second one as well. Also, he received a low battery signal in the access keypad and was there very quickly to rectify the situation so we were never affected by it and could enjoy our stay. He respected our privacy but still handled business what more could you ask. We also had a chance to meet him while we were there and seemed like a great guy. Can’t say enough about the location of this house. So close to the beach and also walking distance to almost anything we wanted in town including the main downtown. Lots of good food handy in a beautiful beach town where you feel safe and weather was perfect made for a great trip. Highly recommend!

Great Place in a Great Location

From the safe, quiet neighborhood the the awesome prximity to a beautiful beach - this cute house was the perfect setting for our family's vacation. Skip was an very responsive property manager, and although the house has some wear and tear and cleanliness issues, overall, we were able to do some clean up and make ourselves right at home. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Great Property

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach and downtown. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It also had parking for 2 cars in the driveway which is a big plus in San Clemente. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Perfect oasis

This little house was perfect for our trip! Beautiful inside & out. Friendly neighbors & a great spot to bring our dog too! (Which is hard to find) just a cpl minute walk and you are at the beach! Will definitely come again

Wonderful home and location

The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and downtown San Clemente. Try Nicks for dinner. Our dogs loved the completely fenced in yard. Very comfortable home with nice decor and a complete kitchen. Nice A/C. We have already booked for next summer.

I booked this house for our annual summer vacation! I We love San Clemente! We have stayed in Oceanside, Newport Beach, at different locations, this was by far the best one for us and price. It's not on the beach but is a very short distance to the beach, very clean, very quiet, and skip the property manager was by far wonderful. Highly recommend. :)

Airy Beach Getaway

This property was everything we hoped it would be! Pictures really dont do the home justice. It's spacious and well appointed, but also cozy. A deal breaker for me with rentals is outdoor space, because i love to sit outside, especially in the morning. The patio space on this home is lovely, with 3 different areas to sit and read, drink coffee, or enjoy the fire table. The kitchen is lovely and had ample dishes, pots and pans, and even spices in the pantry. Also convenient were the multiple beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels available. We made use of everything! The beds are amazingly comfortable as well. Would definitely return!

Cute little bungalow nestled in a quaint neighborhood! Excellent location for getting to Del Mar Street and the beach trail! The beds are super comfy also…and the outdoor space is great for relaxing after a great day of exercise!

Nice place to getaway in San Clemente - and pet friendly!

The house was a great size for a relaxing getaway for 2 adults. It would also be just as nice for 4 adults. We had our dogs with us too - they also enjoyed the property. The house is a short walk to the beach - down a steep hill - and a short walk to the centers of San Clemente - great place for cardio and to "get your steps in". :) The host was very accommodating and available.
