Beach Bliss

We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in San Clemente. We have visited San Clemente multiple times. We loved this condo and its location with its ocean view and close proximity to the beach. It was awesome to have a lot of fun beach equipment and bikes available to use. Thanks for a fun stay!

Perfect Getaway!

This property is perfect for a San Clemente getaway. It is very clean, attractive, with all amenities. It is easily walkable to the San Clemente Pier, restaurants and trail, and also to the shops in town. The hosts are very responsive and easy to reach with questions. Next time we visit San Clemente we will look no farther. This property is an ocean view jewel.

Great location; incredible communication

Loved the location close to the pier and downtown --both in walkable distance. Condo was clean and comfortable. The hosts are amazing communicators with ideas on what to do and access to their amenities (like the bikes, etc.). I would stay here again when I come for business.P.S. Need MyPillows :-) or some other firmer options.

Have stayed in SC many times it is one of our “happy places “! First time staying at this property. Location is ideal as both the “Bowl” and downtown are very walkable. The property was immaculate and the hosts engaged.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful time helping to celebrate my wife's birthday! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly just as described. Unbeatable location and extra nice to have bikes and all of the recreational gear available. They have thought of every little detail...even the iron already had water in it! Hosts also brought in an external a/c unit to keep things a little cooler inside. They were very attentive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again, thank you for a truly 5-star stay!

Our family of 4 adored this property so close to the beach and pier and near all the amenities. We had the fortunate experience of staying during the annual festival and were close to everything! Amazing Condo in Perfect Spot

This was, by far, the best VRBO stay we’ve experienced. We know the area well, so we knew it was a great spot, but the accommodations were far beyond our expectations. The welcome amenities were so very thoughtful (wine, beer, soda, water). The condo was exactly as stated and shown in the pictures. Bed was super comfy. We will always try to choose Staying With Friends accommodations for our future (& frequent) visits to OC. Oh! And the Christmas Tree for our holiday stay was the perfect touch!

Fun in the sun

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to restaurants and shopping. Cathy and Pete really did a great job decorating the condo and providing us with a 5 star stay. My husband and I do a lot of traveling and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed

Modern, Clean, Fantastic!

I needed to recharge my batteries so this getaway from LA was perfect for my dog and me. First off, the condo is in a great location, right across the way from the pier and beach, just 2 minute walk to the beach trail. The condo itself is so modern--heated toilet seat and bidet features?!--ceiling fans, so clean, beautiful bedding, plenty of dishes/cookware/towels...your home away from home! This property is NOT dated, it's the exact opposite...again, MODERN amenities and very clean! Great locale, the property mgr is very attentive, and a place I want to visit again (and again!). The welcome gift of wine and drinks was such a thoughtful, sweet touch too. I highly recommend this condo.

Highly recommend!

We loved staying here and will definitely come back next time we are in town. This condo comfortable fit my family of four. I stayed on the Murphy bed with my 17 year old and it was very comfortable! All the amenities this condo provides is top notch! Everything from checkers, chess, beach toys, chairs, beach towels, outdoor showers and more. Very nicely decorated, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, high end sheets and great view! Also, walking distance from downtown restaurants, shops and beach. Thanks for sharing your home!

Best stay in San Clemente

Just a short walk and you are right on the beach. Amenities are top notch, with outdoor showers, beach equipment, they even have shampoo and conditioner on the shower. Everything was so clean and in great condition. We will be back, thanks for a great stay!

Stunning and peaceful

Very nice, clean condo with a great aesthetic. Everything is well thought out, and convenient. Location gives easy access to many shops and eateries as well as the beach. The checkin process is easy and owners have thought of every possible need. From beach gear and outdoor showers as well as wagons and bikes. The laundry room is stocked, and the kitchen has everything you will need. The bedding and mattress was very comfortable.

The condo is beautiful! The location is wonderful! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The parking was a blessing. The amenities such as towels, bicycles, yoga mats, smart tv, were exceptional! I would live to go back and spend more time there!
