Godetevi il casuale, atmosfera rilassata di San Clemente. Una delle ultime città surfer della California originali. Rilassatevi e godetevi la vostra vista mare dal soggiorno o del ponte o camminare 4 minuti per l'oceano e la spiaggia sentiero. Camminate a sinistra 8 minuti da lì e si è sul molo e Amtrak! Andate a destra 8 minuti e si è al Metrolink, noleggio biciclette, più ristoranti e Ole Hansen Beach Club.
Questa casa dispone di 2 camere da letto con un letto king size e una regina. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno. Vi è una doccia all'aperto e patio con tavolo da ping pong ,. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono disponibili in garage. Letti di lusso, teli mare, 55 'televisione intelligente con dvd e wifi sono disponibili. Tutto è mantenuto nel nuovo stato. Tutti i servizi di spiaggia divertimento ... ombrelloni, boogie boards, sedie a sdraio e refrigeratori. La cucina è dotata di fornelli a gas, frigorifero, pentola di coccio, smaltimento dei rifiuti e tutte le necessità .. Un barbecue a gas è fornito sul ponte. Il soggiorno ha un camino a gas e vista dell'acqua. Questa casa offre 850 piedi quadrati di luce, brillante, felice spazio di vita con una breve passeggiata a tutto!
Passeggiata a mare, sentiero escursionistico, molo, sabbia palla pallavolo, Linda Lane Park, il treno o in centro. Prendere il treno a San Diego, Del Mar o Los Angeles. Il suo un breve salto a Dana Point per lo sci d'acqua, escursioni in barca, whale watching e pesca d'altura ... o crociera di Catalina Island per la giornata. Parcheggiare l'auto e dimenticare tutto! Se si dovesse scivolare in negozi di shock, Fashion Island di Newport Beach è un salto di distanza o di Laguna Beach per gli amanti dell'arte.
Questa struttura è un duplex e per gruppi o due famiglie entrambi può essere affittato. L'unità inferiore è appena stato completamente ristrutturato e arredato. Pavimenti in travertino, come in tutto, nuovi elettrodomestici inox, camino a gas di log, 55 'TV intelligente con bar del suono e wifi. Questa unità può essere affittato come 2 camere, 2 bagni o 1 camera da letto o efficienza! La camera da letto posteriore ha letto matrimoniale Murphy, mini frigo e forno a microonde. Ottimo per grandi gruppi o due famiglie che vogliono il loro spazio, ma insieme. Perfetto per un rapido get-a-way .... o affittare tutta la casa! We had a very nice stay. The house was very close to the beach and the property came equipt with tons of beach activities (body boards, surf boards, coolers, games, etc.). Also there are ping pong and fooseball tables in the garage, very fun!. The unit looked newly remodeled, kitchen and bathroom are very nice and modern! Our host Diane was very nice and checked in often! All in all, we'll definitely try to stay again when we return to the area!

We were at this lovely property for 2weeks while we had some remodeling on our house. The property was very clean and had all of the necessities. Diane was very responsive and checked in often. We enjoyed having the very short walk to the beach and being so close to town. We would definitely come back if the need would arise.

My wife and I recently stayed (August 3-10/24) in Dianne’s place at the upstairs property. Newly renovated the place was terrific. Bright, clean, close to the beach and town. All the beach amenities are included from towels to boards to wagons and toys if you have children. Diane was an excellent hostess with clear, concise communication. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this beach house. We had the chance to meet Diane, the owner, upon our arrival, and she was a gracious host from the very beginning. The house is beautiful. clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed. We loved the quick watch to the beach and access to the boogie boards, beach wagon, and beach chairs. This place is a gem and we can't wait to come back next year.

Clean and well equipped inside and out. We used the beach gear. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach without having to deal with parking. The home had everything we needed and was super comfortable.

My family really enjoyed our stay. Good communication and easy check-in and the location was very good. Off street parking was nice. Close to beach and beach trail, and just a short walk to Del Mar for food and shopping. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Host was exceptionally responsive, the condo was clean and close to the beach and Del Mar for restaurants and shops. I thought parking might be an issue but there was always street parking available either directly in front or one house away, plus the driveway. The only improvement would be a kitchen remodel…but that is being done now!

Everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway is waiting for you, just bring your suit. Shopping and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again. Thanks Diane !!

This is the second summer we've stayed here and hope to stay again in the future. It's close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The place is very clean and they updated the bathroom since our last visit. Our kids enjoyed playing ping pong and using the beach equipment. It's also nice to have a place to park in the driveway. Thanks for a great stay!

4 of us stayed here for 4 nights. We wish we could have stayed longer. The house was amazing. Comfortable, very clean. Very well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor patio was lovely and so enjoyable for morning coffee, or any other time actually. Nice ocean views. Walkable to beach trail, pier, downtown, which was great because parking at those places can be tricky. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you. We'll be back.

Perfect location, ocean view on the balcony starts your day and gives a place to relax in the sun. The property has many amenities not always common. It was so easy to get around and close to everything! I would definitely stay here again!

We had some original complaints but Diane addressed them almost immediately. All the remotes were missing their batteries or they were dead and we were really hoping to watch the World Cup games. She and her Son showed up just in time! Our heros! It was very difficult to not annoy the neighbors downstairs as the porch chairs were very noisy so it felt as if we had to walk on eggshells. I could only imagine that annoyance for the downstairs occupance! We addressed that to Diane when she visited to let her know we were trying to be quite if there were any complaints. The lights were super confusing, for those who come in at night, you had to walk through the dark or use your phone light to find the lamps because the light switch was just for the fans. I suggest fans for when it's summer time. Also lastly if you are planning on doing dinners they were lacking some essential utensils. Over all this place was fun! Our Marine and our other Son absolutely enjoyed the game room and the fact that it was so close to the town and the beach.

Rented this place for a week for a surf trip. Worked out well, was close to downtown and lots of restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the pier and a close drive to other surf spots.

We had such a great time in SC for July 4th. They go all out. Diane's place is so close to everything, we could celebrate without the worry of driving. The place was clean and the balcony was really nice, with ocean view!

Great local for everything we wanted to do in San Clemente. It’s an older space and a little small. some nice updates have been done. The bathroom needs work but we had plenty of hot water. Diane was accommodating with any requests. We enjoyed the stay.

Great place for our family of 4 that was in town visiting extended family. The kids loved the ping pong tables and all the beach toys! It’s in a great location easily walkable to the beach or to shopping/restaurants. Lots of little touches/amenities that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Diane is great, and we hope to stay here next time we’re in town!
