Walk to the Beach, Wedding Venues, Air Conditioning!

Right across the street from Ole Hanson Beach Club and the Casino San Clemente wedding venues, this condo has been professionally redesigned with a modern, beachy style that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your stay on the coast. With two traditional bedrooms plus a loft bedroom, air-conditioning, and a peekaboo ocean view from the balcony, you`ll be right at home here. The living room features airy vaulted ceilings and a sectional with a queen sofa bed, plus access to a private balcony.

Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds.
Loft: futon bed.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa.

HEAT & AC
Central heating and air conditioning are a rare feature in beach homes.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crockpot, drip coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
Basic cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and kitchen tools are provided.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
High-speed WiFi and cable/satellite TV.
Starter supplies are included: trash bags, paper towels, a sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
Private washer and dryer.

TOWELS & LINENS
Bath and beach towels are provided.
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for guest use.
An iron and an ironing board are provided.

THINGS TO KNOW
Lower unit of our two-story townhome.
Access to the unit requires climbing 12 stairs.
Two tandem parking spaces are available.
A Pack ’n Play is available. Please bring your playard sheet

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Only certain hypoallergenic dogs are permitted. Cats are not allowed. Please request approval by providing your dog`s breed, size, and training details.
Garage access is not available.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
This is a noise-sensitive community with Good Neighbor monitoring for sound levels only. Guest privacy is respected.

LOCATION
The property is steps from North Beach access and the beach trail.
A five-minute drive to downtown Del Mar’s restaurants, boutiques, and outlets.

Keyless entry is provided with a unique code sent before arrival.

We came for a wedding and stayed for the surf. Such a beautiful and comfortable home! Nice big deck, large dining room table, comfortable family room, and premium linens. The beds felt like sleeping on a cloud. Just a two min walk to the closest beach access. A 30 second walk to a great French bakery, Moulin, and a one minute walk to High Tide coffee for breakfast burritos. Loved it all!!!

Wonderful Property

Great views, well stocked and amazing location. Ample parking, comfortable beds and beach chairs, umbrellas and on property parking for two cars……one of the best properties I have stayed at.

Functional and clean

My wife and I stayed for a weekend with another couple. The location was good, the house was very clean and it suited our needs well. Check in was easy and in general everything was good.

Lovely spacious and very clean. Loads of stairs so no need to go to the gym. The beds were super comfy. The deck was nice for relaxing and people watching. Would definitely return.

Guys getaway

Stayed at this location with 3 Marine buddies. Comfortable quarters, great location (less than 2 min walk to the beach). Bbq needs help. Management was responsive. Owners were nearby and were very friendly and respectful of our space. I would choose this location again.

Excellent! Amazing Location

This beautifully maintained townhouse located just 500 feet from the ocean is an exceptional property. Extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed cooking our holiday meals, barbecuing and relaxing on the outdoor patio. The nearby Beach Trail which will take you to the Pier is a must. We enjoyed our Christmas vacation and would definitely rent again.

WAG swim Championship weekend

This was the perfect place for our 2 families. Greta location to the beach! Everything we needed for our girls championship swim meet weekend. Definitely will be keeping this one in mind for next years meet!

Overpriced

Good: Great location, space to spread out Bad: Dishes and pans dirty, floors so dirty had to keep socks on and now all of our socks are black. They charge an insane cleaning fee and then require you to do your dishes, towels, and take all garbage out. Upstairs resident was parked in our space the entire second day and night. Leftover soap and hairs in shower. Couldn't use filters fridge water as the filter was expired. Ugly: Black mold in washer, extremely dirty unusable coffee pot.

This is our favorite place to stay close to beach and the nice little bakery but the home owners need to make a few improvements to the place couches could use a shampoo and the beds upstairs need a cleaning my family was getting bit by something in the beds just few small improvements and we will be back

The condo was nice. Having people above you is kind of loud. Because this property is run by Vacasa getting in contact with someone is a little more difficult than with the direct owner.

Convenient location with a few minor inconveniences

We’ve stayed here twice now and will in the future. Great location with just a short walk to the beach! Good shopping nearby too. The kitchen pots/pans and some silverware had not been throughly cleaned, with food remnants still left on them, so we had to wash things before we used them. We also had to unclog the upstairs bathroom sink drain, as it wouldn’t even drain properly. Could have used a good dusting/vacuuming as there were crumbs and food on the kitchen floors, and the ceiling fans were very dusty. Bathrooms were clean and bedrooms were clean. Loved using the grill on the porch. Just a quick note- the hot water heater does not accommodate 6 people. Only 3 could shower, and the rest would have cold water. Keep your showers quick!! I would say overall a very great place to stay.

Well equipped condo near beach and trails

Exceptional location. Friendly neighborhood, very close to beach, walking/ hiking and biking trails. Well equipped both inside and for beach adventures. Great for a couple or ideal for a family. Wonderful French patisserie across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ole Hanson Wedding Getaway

This property is not only the perfect beach front location but it is even better for the bride and her bridesmaids getting married at Ole Hanson, which is quite literally right across the street! The home is beautiful with updated appliances, extremely comfortable furniture and beds and a large patio balcony! Loved this stay and the convenience of the location!!

Great Place in San Clemente!

Property is managed by vacation rental company Vacasa. We were worried by this as it was hard to communicate with Vacasa and get a response. They wanted you to download their app, which we did not do (felt like we made reservations on VRBO would be helpful if company managed listing/reservations from VRBO) but luckily we were able to get a hold of a great person from VRBO customer support to help us. Place was nice, clean, and spacious! Had everything we needed for the weekend. Having 2 tandem parking spots was so nice that close to the beach. The beach is walking distance, but you do have to cross the train tracks and beach is rocky so bring water shoes. There is a place to rent bikes near by and the cutest French bakery/cafe across the street that we really liked (food & coffee were great! staff is super friendly & awesome!). Check-in & check-out very easy and we didn’t have any issues with our stay. We wished we had booked more time as the weekend flew by! Would book this place again.

Very well stocked home. Nicely decorated just a few steps to the beach. We had an amazing time very spacious. The owners were courteous and friendly. The house was clean and cozy. Had amazing items for kids. We will definitely come back again!
