“The staff were nice enough, they only had one person checking in though and he said it was his first day. The average wait time to check in was about 30 minutes. We checked in at 345 and didnt get our room until 421 for a 40l pm check in time. Our door didnt lock. The latch didnt actually catch on the door. The door frame was installed wrong and the actual handle latch was lower than the frame. We called maintenance and they put a screw in the door frame to just push it down so the door would...
