Il luogo perfetto per la tua vacanza al mare perfetta! Questo incantatore di Mission Beach si trova a sole 3 porte da Mission Bay e ad un minuto a piedi dall'oceano, da Belmont Park e dal famoso Big Dipper Roller Coaster, nonché da numerosi ristoranti / attività. La posizione non potrebbe essere più centrale! Ottimo per una famiglia di 4 o 5 o due coppie. L'ampio patio offre un ottimo posto per rilassarsi o fare un barbecue! E il garage per una macchina è un bene a Mission Beach. Con pavimenti in legno, molta luce nel soggiorno, una TV a schermo piatto con una selezione di film, una cucina completamente attrezzata, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e tutte le attrezzature da spiaggia di cui avrai bisogno (sedie, ombrelloni, boogie board, teli mare ), questo è un ottimo posto dove trascorrere le tue prossime vacanze. Basta portare le infradito e la protezione solare! Disponibili anche noleggi di beach cruiser molto economici! C'è anche un'unità posteriore da prenotare se hai bisogno di alloggi per un'altra famiglia ... Ogni unità ha l'uso esclusivo del proprio lato del patio con tavolo da giardino e 4 sedie. Le tende oscuranti nella camera da letto e le lenzuola con 700 fili sono un vantaggio per dormire o riposarsi dopo una divertente giornata al sole. E se hai un bambino, offriamo l'uso gratuito del nostro zaino e gioco, passeggino ombrello e seggiolone portatile!

This home was perfect! Had everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and futon. The owner left the cutest message on the kitchen board for our family and fur-babies. The owner made us feel welcomed. She also left my fur-babies treats and dog bowls. The home also had many usable items for the beach. It came with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. It was a perfect home close and walking distance to the beach, bay area, belmont park, shops and restaurants. The owner was also fast with communication and was very kind. I recommend this home 10/10.

The cottage is in the perfect location! Steps from the bay, blocks from the beach and Belmont Park and close to so many restaurants. It had everything you would need including rentable bikes, SUPs and a kayak. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the front patio. Garage was a bonus. Karin and Mark were easy to work with and very accommodating. Easy check in and check out process.

We picked this property since it had a garage & our 2021 Ford Explorer fit! The kitchen was like I was at home - it had anything and everything a person could want! We loved the neighborhood.

Second time staying at this property for 2 months. It’s perfect for one person and could easily accommodate two and a dog (I brought my dog). Property is clean and close to everything I needed. The Fit Athletic club, ocean beach/riffs yoga studio, blue palm coffee shop and the beach and bay. I’ll definitely come back to spend time in the sun! Owner is incredibly responsive and kind as well :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Within 5 miles or 15 minutes of most attractions. Parking is limited and difficult. Street parking limited and more remote. Off-street parking inside the garage is difficult - Narrow alley-way must be clear and vehicle must be backed into the smaller, narrow garage. (Compact SUV, Toyota RAV4, difficult)

We loved our stay at Karin's place. The location was awesome, easy access to everything. She was even kind enough to let us check in early so our baby could nap while the place was still being cleaned. We loved the outside porch area, it was perfect for our toddler. I also was very impressed with the kitchen pots/pans, dishes etc. You never know what you are going to get sometimes and we appreciate nice cookware! Thank you Karin for such an awesome stay for our famiy.

We enjoyed our stay, the cottage is in a great location, walkable to the beach, bay, restaurants and shops. I like that the extra beds are futons and not sofa beds with springs, those are never comfortable. The host was very organized, friendly and quick to respond to our needs. The only challenge for us was parking in the garage. It is narrow and the alley is not very deep. We had to move 5 or 6 yucky trash bins that are stored against the back alley wall in order for me to get in and out of the garage. I have a Ford Flex which was an exact fit. Overall, a great place and we would definitely rent it again.

Situated nicely between Mission Beach and Mission Bay. It is of our opinion that a VRBO/ Hotel etc.. should have a Quality bed and linen. This unit did not! Very uncomfortable. Parking was also limited.

The location is great! Walking distance to the marina and beach, the park, coffee, food. Paddleboards at the rental were super convenient we were able to just pick up and go. The rental was clean and the patio was perfect.

My daughter and I enjoyed our short stay at the cottage. I appreciated the owner's attention to detail and thorough communication. She was always timely and kind in her responses. We most enjoyed the convenience of renting bikes directly from the owners and having them waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen has every item you could possibly need (quality too) and you just can't beat the location!! A little noisy with the shared wall and the back unit but nothing we couldn't deal with. We will be going back!!

Wonderful little house with a great location that is close to the beach, the bay, Belmont Park and other attractions. Having sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and paddle boards available made the stay perfect!

We love the location and this cute little house was perfect! It was very clean and well appointed. My 12-year-old daughter loves to boogie board so we walked to the ocean everyday. ❤️ We also rented the bikes and paddle boards from this property and had a blast around the bay! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.
