  • Just 70 feet from the sand, this spacious Mission Beach property is the perfect coastal getaway for large families and groups looking to stay together while enjoying plenty of room to spread out. By far, this is the best location in Mission Beach, close to all!
    The home features two separate levels, rented together as one private property, offering a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
    Enjoy a private courtyard complete with two BBQ grills, and ample seating. Three parking spaces included!

    The upper level includes:
    3 bedrooms
    2 bathrooms
    Bright, comfortable living spaces, look out deck.

    The lower level includes:
    2 bedrooms
    2 bathrooms

What a great place to stay. Host was amazing. House had everything we needed and we were literally steps from the beach! We did not want our trip to end. We highly recommend this house. As a side note, house location was very centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Zoo, Sea World, La Jolla and Midway museum

Everything about the property was excellent The condo itself was well supplied with towels, toiletries, beach toys, and anything else that adults or your grandchildren would want. Location, location, location, and especially the host Erin all outstanding. Thanks for a great four day stay with our grandkids on the beach

We stayed 4 days at this beach house and loved it. The place was super clean, check in and check was a breeze, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was steps away from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants/food market. There is also a lovely outdoor coffee cafe nearby which became part of our morning routine. The cottage was on a quiet block and it was especially quiet and peaceful at night, which made it easy to relax. There were also many amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent choice for our vacation

This is as the name implies, is a very charming and sweet cottage. Wow! So comfortable! We loved the patio also! Right by the beach but off the ocean boulevard. This is the better choice in Mission Beach because the ocean front properties have no privacy. We were tucked away but with the ocean visible from the patio. Also in a safe area a short walk from Belmont Park - a big bonus for kids! A huge point is the responsiveness of the host. She promptly attended to any requests. Best host we have ever encountered!The cottage was stocked with the essentials such as paper products. They even had shampoo and soap provided. We were more than impressed and highly recommend this property!

Family Spring break trip

Had a lovely 4 nights/3 days staying here with my 13 year old son and 14 year old daughter. The unit is adorable, well-stocked (linens, beach towels, laundry, shower supplies, kitchen) and the beds are very comfortable. The location cannot be beat! Located just steps from the beach, down the street from a couple of markets, restaurants, and coffee shops, just a 5 minute walk to Belmont park (amusement park, eateries, souvenir shopping etc), and convenient for day trips (La Jolla, Balboa, Coronado, etc). As others have mentioned, the parking spot is tight but doable and we could hear the upstairs renters walking around until midnight but we knew these things coming in to our stay so were expected. Overall, we would come back - Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way

My Sister, my Niece, my best friend thoroughly enjoyed this perfect place by the beach. Walking distance to the beach and much more. Very comfortable and I highly recommend staying here. It was perfect. Thanks to the wonderful host.

Great location, helpful/responsive owners

We enjoyed the condo for our family of 3. My son loved going to the beach, boardwalk and nearby park.The owners were incredibly helpful with a problem with a neighbor’s partying til midnight and got it handled. We couldn’t fit our van in the assigned parking space but found suitable free overnight parking at the Bonita cove south parking lot.We would stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The property was beautiful and really nicely decorated. Everything was clean. We were 20 steps from the beach and so close to great restaurants. Beds were so comfy. It was a really great stay!!

Wonderful property

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. It was about a 30 second walk to the beach.It was nice to sit on the patio and listen to the waves roll in. It was also convenient to get around other parts of San Diego. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Girls trip for 4! Super cute, clean, and comfortable cottage nestled in perfect walking distance to the beach, shops, eateries and Belmont Park. The beds were so comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in years! Shampoo, conditioner & bodywash provided. I would stay here again!

Fresh and Inviting

This cute little beachside condo is a perfect getaway. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the beach and boardwalk.The house is clean and inviting with extra care taken in decor and furnishing choices. The owners have thought of the little things that matter, and this is much appreciated.Although we had a couple concerns during our stay about bed comfort and living room seating, the owners replied quickly and are taking action to remedy the situation.We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Getaway!

We loved our stay at the cottage! The decorations in each room enhanced the beach vibe. Erin is a kind and gracious host - we were greeted with a snack basket and a personalized sign. The location is awesome, too! We hope to come back someday!
