The Space:
Step into a one-of-a-kind three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath retreat full of vibrant color, creative spirit, and laid-back charm in the heart of coastal San Diego. This eclectic bohemian home is bursting with personality, from hand-painted murals to mismatched decor, and it radiates warmth, love, and soulful energy throughout.

Inside, you'll find two spacious living rooms designed for connection and comfort. One features a large L-shaped couch and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing with friends and family. The updated kitchen includes a gas stove, ample counter space, and bar seating, opening seamlessly to the main living and dining areas. A full dining table seats five and looks out to the lush backyard.

Each bedroom offers its own unique character. To the right of the entry, a cheerful and creative space features a daybed that converts to a queen, blackout blinds, closet space, and a small table perfect for crafts, reading, or morning coffee. Just down the hallway, another bedroom includes a queen-size Murphy bed and plenty of natural light. At the end of the hall, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, large closet, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a floating vanity. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and additional storage.

Outdoors, the home truly shines. The backyard features a saltwater pool and spa with loungers, ping pong table, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days. The outdoor kitchen includes a barbecue, pizza oven, outdoor fridge, and bar seating. Gather around the fire pit with surrounding chairs for cozy evenings under the stars, or enjoy alfresco meals at the outdoor dining table that seats eight.

At the back of the home, a dedicated office and vanity room serves as a pop-up salon space, ideal for getting ready for events, content creation, or quiet remote work. This bonus room also has its own private bathroom for added convenience.

Additional features include in-home laundry, driveway parking, and wall units for heating. Please note the home does not have air conditioning, and garage access is not available to guests.

No garage access available • Pool heating is available for $150 per day upon request • Pets are not permitted• Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. Please note, there is no air conditioning in this home • There are two tenants living in the unit above the garage. There are no shared spaces with the main residence. They have their own private entrance, a balcony off their kitchen, and a rooftop deck. The backyard is not shared with them.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

We are so thankful for the hospitality from our host, the property and our time spent there. We enjoyed our time with our little family, absolutely adored the home and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard "Oasis"! While we did explore lots of La Jolla and the San Diego Zoo, we opted for most of our relax time at the property. All of the communication and arrangements were much appreciated and went so smoothly. We thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property, we will be back for sure. Thank you, Rivera Family
