Immergiti nella luce del sole di San Diego sul patio chiuso fuori da questa stanza boutique privata in una classica casa di costruzione italiana. Tutte le porte, le finestre e le tolette da bagno sono importate dall'Italia. Tranquilla, sicura e comoda, questa camera dispone di un bagno privato e di tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta da un hotel di lusso. Asciugamani e accappatoi extra-morbidi, lenzuola in cotone egiziano con almeno 800 fogli, un sacco di cuscini in piuma alternativa, e adorerai la comodità del letto queen-size! La camera ha una macchina da caffè e cialde Keurig, un mini-frigo e uno snack bar. Si tratta di circa 20 minuti dalla spiaggia, Del Mar e La Jolla. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con lo zoo, il parco degli animali selvatici e il Sea World.

Quiet place to stay

Quiet Italian Suite

This property was on a quiet cul de sac in an area with nearby hiking trails. The room had everything we needed at night while we visited nearby family during the day. Check in and out process was smooth.

Restful respite

Jay and Laura were wonderful hosts. Every comfort was provided. Checking in and out was easy. The room had all essentials and a touch of luxury. The private patio and bbq were a fantastic addition which was very much enjoyed.

Great Location

My husband and I were visiting San Diego to attend a Bridal Shower. For a short stay, the accommodations were perfect for us. We loved having a patio area to have a nice picnic and glass of wine. There is a great trail in the neighborhood just a block away that was convenient.

Beautiful, but a little far from what we wanted to do.

It was a beautiful property and was nice and cozy. We were only sleeping there so it was a good size. My husband's a marine so we underestimated the drive everywhere, but that's on us. Owners were nice and it was a nice neighborhood.

Quiet, clean and very friendly room in safe neighborhood

We were in San Diego for the mens lacrosse championship. We found this vrbo with great reviews and we concur. There were s couple of things though that we hadn't realized. It is quite far out of the city and it is a very snall room with an attached bathroom. Having said that, we really appreciated how quiet and calming the setting was. My husband and I slept great every night. We did end up leaving a few nights earlier than planned, because we wanted to be more in the thick of things! We couldn't have asked for friendlier hosts, that are also very prompt communicators. Thank you Jay and Laura (and your sweet pup)

Perfect for visiting UCSD daughter. Not close to campus, but less expensive than a hotel room! Quite a ways off the freeway, but very quiet and clean! Very nice, quick stay!

Outstanding Local Park + Tennis Facility

Elegant home in quiet upscale community. Nearby park had excellent tennis facility. Park also had hiking trails and a facility with horseback riding. Villa is shared with residents in other units. I was alone so privacy was not an issue. Walls are not sound proof. So you will hear the other occupants at certain times. I believe that is stated by the renter in the VRBO ad. Clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.
