Ocean Front Condo w / Large Private Balcony

SCONTO SETTIMANALE. Questo bellissimo condominio Ocean Front è sulla spiaggia. L'unica cosa che separa dalle onde e sabbia è il famoso lungomare. Svegliatevi la vista e il suono dell'Oceano Pacifico di fronte a voi con la nostra grande vetrata nella camera matrimoniale. Il soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e camera matrimoniale tutti si affacciano sull'oceano. Il complesso si trova al 2 ° piano offre privacy, tranquillità e sicurezza per voi e la vostra famiglia, consentendo di visualizzare tutta l'azione spiaggia e il lungomare di seguito.

Il condominio ha un letto matrimoniale dell'hotel, 2 letti singoli, divano letto matrimoniale, divano in pelle e poltrona reclinabile in pelle.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili per cucinare e mangiare avrete bisogno. Il
camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e TV, la seconda camera con 2 letti singoli e il computer,
e il soggiorno un divano, poltrona, TV, lettore DVD e stereo ,,. Il grande balcone si affaccia sul lungomare e ha posti a sedere patio per 6 e un barbecue a gas.

Tutte le lenzuola sono forniti ad eccezione di teli da mare. Abbiamo anche fornire boogie boards e sedie a sdraio.
C'è un posto auto sotto l'unità grande abbastanza da contenere il SUV più grande.

Il complesso si trova a metà strada tra il Pacific Beach Pier e il famoso Belmont Park Roller Coaster. Appena dietro al nostro edificio sono diversi ristoranti, noleggio biciclette, noleggio tavola da surf, negozi di abbigliamento, negozi di spiaggia, e le istruzioni di surf. Passeggiata fino al lungomare di trovare più ristoranti, servizio in camera giornaliero non è disponibile. Non fumatore.

Beach week getaway

The property was super comfortable and clean. The unit had all the needed necessities and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Easy and quick access from door to beach in seconds. Property manager was very kind, informative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this location again.

Perfect Mothers Day

Perfect location for a weekend get away. The location is on the beach and only a small walk to the bay. Plenty of places to eat! Parking is right in front but we did not even need a car. We were able to walk to everything. If I could I would give the owners an 11 for their outstanding service and kindness.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I stayed at the Mission Beach Resort for one week and it was perfect for us. Marianne and Jef's help with getting settled, info on the condo, things to do in the area, etc. was great. Their communication was excellent, and they did all they could to make things go smoothly during our stay. The location is perfect; from the boardwalk to the beach, the sunsets and local restaurants, you couldn't ask for more. We hope to return soon!

Perfect getaway

Just as pictured. Perfect location for enjoying sunsets, the beach with easy access to explore all that San Diego has to offer. Hosts provided very helpful information on local dining and sites to see and made sure that our check in process and stay went smoothly.

Great place in a great location!

Our stay here did not disappoint. The view and the location are wonderful. We loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves, sightseeing all day in the San Diego area, and then returning to this home-like condo after a long day to hit the beach or people watch from the balcony above the boardwalk. The host was very communicative, shared attraction info, local restaurant recommendations, and checked in often to make sure all was going well, which was super helpful and much appreciated. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was wonderful, very clean and had all the amenities. I would definetely stay here again. Only shortfall is there is only 1 bathroom. But the view of beach from the balcony makes up for it. Loved the unit.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessities. I’m always concerned with the quality of beds in a rental, but we had nothing to worry about. The Queen bed in the primary bedroom was firm and very comfortable for 2 people. The view is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Jef and Marianne were very responsive and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely space - clean, quiet - easy check in/out

My husband and I were visiting our son who’s stationed in SD, and we wanted oceanfront. This 2-bedroom condo was updated and very clean. There were plenty of kitchen items for a meal and also two options to make coffee. The host was very responsive and helpful getting us oriented to the property, the amenities and the location. It is right on the boardwalk overlooking the ocean which is exactly as advertised. Both TVs are large and smart so very easy to stream your favorite shows. The condo is not air conditioned but honestly with the ocean breezes and fans, we didn’t notice. It’s also very close to some good restaurants. Our favorites were Mollys and Moes. Also we appreciated the puzzles and games since none of us are after-hours partiers. Hope this is helpful!

Amazing, beach side condo

This condo is a real gem! I've stayed in SD several times at a resort, but this condo was better! The location is perfect for walking the board walk/beach and you are surrounded by great restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. You are so close to the ocean! The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed. There is a dishwasher and laundry right across the alley which was a huge plus for us. We loved our beautiful, large, ocean view front bedroom and our kids had lots of room in the back bedroom. It was very quiet at night. The condo is larger than you think and had a great living room space and big bathroom. The condo owners checked on us often and were very attentive and kind. You will love this condo!

Excellent Condo Rental

My wife and I booked this rental for our honeymoon and loved it. The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures and the view is amazing from the balcony/Master bedroom. Easy parking and great location to many shops and resturants. Location on the boardwalk is decent. About a 15-20 minute walk to Belmont Park. We booked our rental over the Thanksgiving holiday and we were able to cook a small meal in the kitchen without issues. Would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to go back.

Beach Vacation

The Condo was very clean and spacious. There were boogie board and chairs to use for the beach which was very nice. Walking distance to plenty of quality shops and restaurants. Access to beach was very convenient. Parking space was plenty big for our full size truck. Jeff ( Host ) made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us via a phone call during on stay. We already booked again for next summer, this is a great place to stay, it is comfortable ,safe, clean and close to everything you need. Thank you.
