Summary:

Welcome to the Island Paradise Deck! This brand new beach home will be your favorite vacation destination year after year. This clean and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1200 SF vacation condo is set up to host large groups and is perfect for families on vacation.



With enough room for 8 guests, you will find this property to be in an ideal location for you and your group while staying here in San Diego!



The Space:

Built in the summer of 2020, this brand new vacation rental property features 10-foot ceilings, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, 2nd-story patio / deck and grill area with great views of the Mission Beach boardwalk, sand and Pacific ocean.



In addition to being built on a brand new exterior foundation, the interiors feature high-quality stainless-steel appliances, a modernized kitchen and dining area; smart TV's throughout the condo (Samsung smart TV's are mounted in each room); and of course, all the amenities you need in a Mission Beach vacation rental to enjoy your stay.



The condo features 2 bedrooms; A master bedroom featuring a queen bed (sleeps 2) with a private bathroom attached, and a guest bedroom with queen bunk beds (sleeps 4) for the kids to stay in. Both bedrooms feature enough closet space to store your personal belongings during your stay. The rooms have room darkening shades, as well as a flat screen TV mounted on the wall in each bedroom.



Living Areas:



The open-concept layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating an airy, welcoming environment for socializing and relaxing. Sink into comfortable seating in the living area, which is designed to make you feel right at home.



The living room features a large, genuine leather couch that pulls out to a queen (sleeps 2), giving the condo a total of 4 queen beds that can sleep a total of 8 adults (maximum occupancy is no more than 8 guests inside at any given time).



Kitchen & Dining:



The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, with every essential you need for cooking, dining, and entertaining. It includes quality dishes, utensils, and appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and full-size cookware, so you can enjoy everything from a quick breakfast to a hearty family meal.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:



Both bedrooms are designed with comfort and functionality:

- Guest Bedroom: This cozy room features bunk beds with two queen-sized beds, flat screen TV, air conditioning and heating, and a closet for clothes and luggage.

- Master Bedroom: Relax in style with a private bathroom, queen bed, a built-in closet, and a dresser. Unwind with a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall for ultimate viewing convenience.

- A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway, providing easy access for all guests. Additional sleeping options include a queen-sized pull-out couch, comfortably accommodating up to 8 total adult guests.



Outdoor Areas:



- Front patio with large table, grill and outdoor shower area to rinse off feet from the sandy Beach.



Extra Amenities:



- Complimentary high-speed WiFi for staying connected.

- Fresh linens and towels provided for your stay.

- Starter toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and paper products for added convenience.



Garage & Parking:



This condo includes a single carport located behind the building in the alley. It’s perfect for a wide range of vehicles - even larger ones. For oversized vehicles, free overnight parking is available ¼ mile away, and detailed parking map of the area will be provided prior to your arrival.

Q: Can my car fit in the garage ?

A: GARAGE DIMENSIONS: (14’ length, 7’6” width, 6’5” height)



Q: Can I check-in early or check-out late ?

A: No. If available, depending on the cleaning service and reservation calendar, early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a $150 fee.



Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access the whole 2 bedroom condo on the second floor. Please note, the rooftop deck access is not allowed. Permanent tenants live on the top floor; if you or anyone in your group is found on video going to the rooftop, you can be fined up to $175 for a cleaning fee.



The Neighborhood:

Mission Beach is the center of fun and activity out of all the San Diego beach communities. Belmont Park is an amusement park that features the Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, arcade and more.



At any point of the year the beach and boardwalk is bustling with activity. You`ll see everything from people riding bikes, skateboarding and surfing to people just hanging out laying on the beach or playing games in the sand. Rent a Bird Scooter and cruise the boardwalk to get in on the action!



The property is also within walking distance of the famous Belmont Park - an amusement park that features the Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster, mini golf, a zip line, rock climbing wall, ropes course, arcade and more - all located right around the corner!



Getting Around:

A Rental Car is not necessary. From the condo, you can walk to restaurants, shops and the beach! If you need to get anywhere in the greater San Diego area, rideshare services are plentiful - Uber or Lyft are great ways to get around easily.



Other Things to Note:

Our vacation rentals are privately owned second homes that homeowners have graciously opened to responsible guests who will respect both the property and the neighborhood. While we know you’re here to enjoy your time, please keep in mind that many nearby residents live here full-time.

### ** HOUSE RULES



No Smoking, Parties, or Events: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Occupancy Limits: Maximum guest capacity is strictly enforced.

Self Check-In/Out: Check-in is available anytime after 3 PM; check-out is by 10 AM.

Important: Any signs of smoking on the property (including outdoor areas) will result in a minimum $250 fine.

### ** Early Check-In/Late Check-Out



Due to last-minute bookings and cleaning schedules, early check-in is unavailable. However, you’ll be notified on the day of your arrival if the unit is ready before 3 PM. Late check-out is also unavailable as cleaning services typically arrive by 10:30 AM to prepare for the next guests.

### ** Good Neighbor Policy



Noise Compliance: This is not a party home, and noise is taken very seriously. Any formal noise complaint, either from neighbors or city officials, will incur a fine of $300 to $1,000, deducted from your security deposit. Please remember that noise carries at night; ensure all windows and balcony doors are closed if music or conversations are loud. Quiet hours start at 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on weekends.

For any urgent issues, reach out to us immediately. We’ll aim to address the matter within 24 hours. We also appreciate feedback on minor issues, which we’ll prioritize as soon as possible.

### ** Cleaning Service



Our cleaning service is managed by a third-party vendor, and the cleaning fee is standard per stay. We kindly ask that guests do not negotiate this mandatory fee. Your home will be cleaned and beds freshly made before arrival, with starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. Note: guests may need to replenish these items during longer stays.



**THERE IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE CLEANING FEE FOR EVERY STAY**



Please be sure to bring your own beach towels, chairs, canopy, etc. as these items are not supplied. If you plan on traveling light, there are a few retail surf shops and rental places nearby where you can reserve beach necessities at a great rate.
