The Mermaid's Penthouse is ocean front and located in North Mission Beach on the top floor of the complex. Enjoy the panoramic ocean and sunset views with the open floor plan from your living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen.
This is where you will experience the great room with the 180 views up and down the coast.
1 Dedicated parking space is provided. The top floor offers lots of privacy and there is secured access from the beach and the patio.

Since it is on top floor you will have a lot of privacy from beach and boardwalk.
The kitchen offers granite countertops and maple cabinetry, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and all the dishware/cooking utensils your family would need. Enjoy spectacular ocean views while sipping your morning coffee.

The complex offers a shared patio on the first floor with BBQ's and seating.

This Penthouse is located in North Mission Beach right on the ocean front top floor of the condo.

San Diego Sunset Vacation Rentals has an office conveniently located just a 10 minute walk away! We are in the office everyday from 9:30 am - 5:30 pm should you need any assistance during your stay! We also have an after hours phone number should you need to contact us with an emergency.

This property is located in the heart of Mission Beach within close proximity to several shops, bars, restaurants and water activities. Approximately a 2 minute drive to Belmont Park, a 5 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gaslamp District and the airport!

Guests of The Mermaid's Penthouse enjoy a free parking space! There are also multiple bus routes that run along Mission Boulevard. Mission Beach is also a hot spot for Uber & Lyft!
