Everything you need.

We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive. They left snacks on the table for us which was nice. The space is quite and when you come back after dark the patio area is nicely lit.

Very clean and spacious

The host has thought of everything. There were spices and oil available for home cooking. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Location was great. Loved that the host allowed us to use the driveway. The interior was beautifully done and the outdoor space was nice. Overall a great experience.

Cozy and chic!

My husband and loved staying here. Literally felt like home away from home. I appreciated that Angela and Tim were very helpful when we had confusion on how to check in, the location is perfect as it is about 15 min drive away from all the cool SD spots and beaches. The owners literally thought of everything that will make you feel at home. I definitely would recommend this place!

Lovely and Private

It was beautiful and so clean. The floors gleamed as did everything else.The bedroom amazed us. It was very private with access to the backyard. Two sets of sliding doors allowed in the cool breezes. The hosts were extremely diligent, kind, and helpful. We highly recommend this little haven and would stay there were we to go back to San Diego. It is even better than the pictures show!

Beautiful San Diego Stay

The room was even more beautiful than the pictures online. It was immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed is very comfortable, there is air conditioning and heat, and I really enjoyed being able to watch Netflix on the huge TV. The owners answered all the questions I had quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean and quite spacious--plenty of room for my wife & myself. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and super responsive. They checked to see that everything was working well for us (it was!). The property isn't the most attractive neighborhood in San Diego, but it was clean, quiet and safe. It was quite close to my son's house and since we were there to babysit the grandson, this was an ideal location for us. We will likely want to stay there again for our next grandson babysitting opportunity.

Great place to stay

This was my first time doing airbnb so I was kinda nervous about it but it was super easy check in and they had everything we needed in the house, the house was so cute! And very clean quite, the bed was super comfy! Only thing is in the listing it didn't say anything about extra guest and the rules on extra guest so we didn't find that out till we got there which only sucks cause we were there to visit our military friend besides that though everything was perfect highly recommend:)

Great Base Camp for Adventure

A very clean and useful space. Host left single driveway parking for us every day, which was much appreciated, as the street can be busy. Close to freeway access, shops, and attractions. Seemed like everything was 15-20 min away or less.

Really enjoyed how spacious this Vrbo was for a one bedroom. It looks even better in person! The only thing that sucked was we couldn’t get the window in the living room to open and the blinds on the sliding door kept falling off when we tried to open the door LOL. Not a big deal at all, would definitely go back!

Spacious and Comfortable

The location was great, close to many great things to see in San Diego. Parking was provided but also plenty around the street. The space was big and comfortable, good shower, big comfortable bed, easy checking in and out and great communication with the owner. Ask before about the fireplace if you plan on using it. It was very much a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

Spotlessly clean. All the amenities We’re there that we needed for our short stay. Bed was very comfortable. Ability to park in the driveway and not on the street. We would recommend this property.

Incredible Property

The host has gone to great lengths to make this space amazing. The rental is very quiet and safe. Parking is plenty which is a plus in San Diego. Quick and easy to all the freeways in the area. The California King bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The kitchen was very nice with all new appliances. Washer and dryer also available which made the long stay even more accommodating. Angela and Koi were easy to get ahold of and also restocked supplies mid week just incase we needed anything else. I will definitely rent from then again in the future

Great stay!

Angela and Khoi made things very easy on my wife and I for our long weekend getaway. They are responsive and eager to help out if needed. The space itself is beautiful, very clean and lives up to the pics online. The bed is incredibly comfortable! The rules are all very standard and the most important one is for their guests to enjoy themselves which we definitely did. Don't let the lack of reviews discourage you from booking here as they are just starting out but already have it down like pros. I've stayed at many AirBnBs and the like and this was a wonderful experience.

A Diamond in The Rough

Angela has outdone herself, beginning with a sparking clean new fixtures and appliances, to aesthetically colors complimenting the residence. My husband and I felt very comfortable, and very relaxed here. The dwelling is in the back of the house and shared with a house rental. When the backyard is fixed up, you might not want to leave to drive to the beach! Instructions were sent as to how to approach opening the yard on our way in from Arizona, which was a bit confusing, as I drove in, and was perplexed of how to enter the property. The tv is in the bedroom, and if you are into the apps, all is available for your viewing. Angela mentioned she would give us a tutorial, and I was able to locate a few programs; if you are more to technology-savvy, you will enjoy the many programs. We took many walks, and enjoyed viewing the many homes built in the 50’s, with an array of horticulture planted. It is minutes to the freeway, and easy to navigate to the many places San Diego is known for.
