- One bedroom has ensuite full bathroom with combination shower/tub.
- Full bathroom shared between 2 bedrooms with combination shower/tub.
- Half bathroom off of the main living space.

Kitchen Arrangements:
- Open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
- Stocked with all the utensils and cooking wares you may need.
- Equipped with a standard 12-cup coffee pot with filters.

Parking Arrangements:
- Exclusive access to an on-site 2-car tandem garage.
- The space is narrow.


If you are looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, fully-stocked condo that is seconds to the most beautiful beach, bay and ocean in the world, this is the place!
HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.
12. Do NOT set AC temp lower than 72°.




Rental Agreement
Please read and sign the agreement below
Guest and
Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.

QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.

OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of number of guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.
Credit Card Processing Fees & Cancellations (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU): All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 8% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

SUBLETTING. Guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises, in whole or in part, or to otherwise assign, transfer, or convey any rights under this Agreement to any third party. Guest shall not list or advertise the Premises on any platform or service, nor accept any compensation from any third party in connection with occupancy of or access to the Premises. Any unauthorized subletting or transfer of occupancy rights shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement, entitling Host to immediately terminate this Agreement without refund and to pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity.
NO TENANCY; VACATION AND HOLDOVER. Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a limited license to occupy the Premises for the Occupancy Term only, and does not create a tenancy, leasehold interest, or any other possessory right in the Premises under California law or any other applicable law. Guest is a transient occupant and licensee only. No landlord-tenant relationship is created by this Agreement, and Guest shall not be entitled to any of the rights, protections, or procedural requirements afforded to tenants or lessees under California law, including without limitation any notice requirements under the California Civil Code or Code of Civil Procedure. Guest shall vacate the Premises no later than the checkout time on the final date of the Occupancy Term. Time is of the essence with respect to this obligation. Guest waives any and all rights to process, notice, or judicial proceeding as a condition of removal upon expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, any continued occupancy by Guest shall be deemed a trespass, and Host shall be entitled to pursue all available remedies, including immediate removal of Guest and Guest`s belongings from the Premises without further notice. In the event Guest fails to vacate the Premises by the required checkout time, Guest shall be liable for a holdover fee equal to three (3) times the average nightly rate of the reservation (calculated by dividing the total reservation amount by the number of nights booked), for each calendar day or partial day of holdover occupancy. This holdover fee is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fees, damages, or remedies available to Host under this Agreement or applicable law. Guest acknowledges that this fee is a reasonable estimate of the damages Host will incur as a result of a holdover, including lost bookings, reputational harm, and administrative costs, and does not constitute a penalty. In the event Host is required to take any action, including but not limited to legal proceedings, to enforce Guest`s obligation to vacate or to recover holdover fees or any other amounts owed under this section, Guest shall be liable for all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys` fees incurred by Host in connection with such action, regardless of whether formal litigation is initiated or concluded. Guest`s obligations under this section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement and shall remain in full force and effect until Guest has fully vacated the Premises and all amounts owed hereunder have been paid in full.
INSPECTION. Host has the right to inspect the Premises at any time during the Occupancy Term. For routine inspections, Host will provide reasonable advance notice to Guest.

Beautiful and Clean

This is a beautiful rental that is only a block from the beach and very close to the pier and fun places to eat and drink. We had everything we needed and the property manager was very sweet when we had to call her regarding a particular issue.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of this property is awesome! Close to the beach, places to grab a bite to eat and get groceries. Place was clean and kitchen had enough supplies to get us thru the week. It is next to a bar that played loud music on the weekend but the location was totally worth dealing with that! Garage space was an extra perk!

Clean and Spacious - Central A/C!

This property was great and the manager was great at communicating and responsive to our needs. I'll list the pros and cons. PROS: -Central A/C!!! It was lovely and refreshing coming and going from the house all hours of the day. -good walking distance to the beach and other activities -great 2 car garage tandem parking (a bit narrow, but my Honda Pilot fit fine) -Spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities you could need. Lots of towels and beach towels. Lots of cleaning supplies and laundry soap. Decent cooking supplies, fresh ice from freezer. Coffee pot, toaster, etc. all available. Grill on outside patio was great. Washer/Dryer included and very accommodating. The upgraded interior was great and comfortable beds. The showers were great with decent pressure. -Beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, and surf board all available. Even had a hose to rinse off before coming inside. -Felt safe and secure with separate garage access, locked front gate, and separate front door. -Right across the street from Ralph's - and one block from CVS. CONS: -the location is a bit sketch, but we're familiar with this area and knew exactly where this was located. Our neighbor across the alley was playing his best impression of Twisted Sister with the door open when we first arrived, but he was quiet after that. It gave us a chuckle. -the bar, which is fully disclosed in the description, is a bit loud at night and is actually opened until 1:30am on Saturday night. It's not terrible, but if you're looking for a quiet getaway, you'll probably want to find something a bit more secluded. Otherwise, a great house in a busy locale with lots of shopping and food and beach. What else do you need when going to Pacific Beach?

Recent Stay

The communication with the property manager was poor. We communicated the number of people on our party and we were asked about this several times. The info sheet should have been sent out at least a week in advance so that we would have been prepared for our stay. The property was very nice and we were very comfortable- just a few hiccups with advance communications.

Close proximity (walking distance) to EVERYTHING you could need, most importantly THE BEACH!

Very clean, & very well appointed for your needs. Garage parking for 2 cars is a major bonus in this neighborhood. Very nice stay during a very loud 4th of July week, amazed to find with doors/ windows shut, the noise was not noticeable at all.

Exceptional property

Renting this property made our vacation that much more enjoyable. Perfect location, close to restaurants, grocery store, the beach and shopping. Crown Point condo was very clean, comfortable and secure. Kimberly Wise was very helpful and gave wonderful recommendations. Thank you Magical Mission for hosting and preparing our stay here in San Diego. My family and I were able to make lots of fun memories. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay!

Great stay overall- the property is beautiful and the location impossible to beat. We had some hiccups with checking in, but after that it was smooth sailing and a wonderful time! I will say, this is obviously a newer VRBO property, so don’t expect a lot of stocked items (condiments, spices, etc), but I’m sure this will improve with time and more renters! All in all, this place was amazing, and SO close to the beach/bars/food so we were able to walk to most of the places we went! We would definitely stay here again in the future.
