Il nostro condominio si trova nella splendida South Mission Beach, a pochi passi dall'Oceano Pacifico o dalla Baia. Nuovo per la casa vacanza annuale, ha la posizione migliore. Campo tranquillo, situato a 2 strade a sud del parco Belmont, a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e parco divertimenti. I vacanzieri ADORANO la nostra posizione. Pianta molto aperta per rilassarsi, grigliare e divertirsi dopo una giornata divertente! 3 TV a schermo piatto con canali via cavo e su richiesta. Smart TV nella camera familiare, dove puoi goderti Netflix e Amazon Prime. C'è un re nel master, un re nella seconda camera da letto e 2 gemelli nella terza camera da letto. Un nuovo futon full size è nella camera familiare per ospiti extra. Cucina, camera familiare aperta con una porta a soffietto sul ponte, è una bella sala grande da riunire dopo una giornata in spiaggia o in giro per la città!

Abbiamo tutto il necessario per la spiaggia, le biciclette, le boogie board, le sdraio e gli ombrelloni!

È anche a pochi passi da Belmont Park, con montagne russe storiche e funzionanti, giostre, ristoranti e negozi. Il nostro condominio a conduzione familiare è conveniente, spazioso e molto bello. 6-8 posti letto. Situato al 744 Ensenada Court. È il secondo e il terzo piano del condominio.

Leave the house how you found it accept for the normal cleaning needed. TREAT IT LIKE YOUR OWN HOME, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
I ask guests to wash the towels they are done with, to help housekeeper because of time. Wash/dry as much as possible, do not fold. No stress!
I supply 2+ rolls of TP per bathroom, please bring or buy extra if needed. Ring camera only outside above side door, not on patio or inside!

We had a wonderful time!! The location is amazing, it was so nice to be able to hang out on the beach and just stroll back to the house for whatever you needed. It’s literally a 100 yard walk at most. Then Belmont Park and all the shops and restaurants of Mission Beach are a couple blocks north. A block to the south is the Mission market and more restaurants. We have five kids, ages 13-16 years old, and they were able to do endless exploring on their own. Then there is the house itself, so beautiful and spacious. The roof-top deck off the twin room is wonderful at night and the deck off the kitchen with folding patio door brings the water front into the house. Plus the little sidewalk street below is unique and picturesque. It’s a truly wonderful location and home. The cherry on top was all the beach supplies in the garage. They supply you with enough bikes for 10 people. Tons of beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand castle supplies and beach games. The garage is like its own beach store. We have never stayed at place so stocked for the adventure. Would definitely stay again.

Great host, great property! Everything you need and close to the beach! We are very thankful to our host for her great communication and accommodating us so quickly after several cancelled flight home. Safe, clean and a short commute to the airport with a lovely path on the water to jog, cycle or just have a beer and watch the surfers and volleyball players!

Perfect short getaway for friends. The location is absolutely fantastic. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the beach. We did not really use the kitchen or most amenities as we were only there for 2 nights but the beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony with the accordion doors. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this rental. You can't beat this place for cost when considering how close to the beach and how spacious and clean it is! We loved being able to sit out on the front patio and see and hear the beautiful Pacific Ocean through the cute courtyard while enjoying coffee and food. When we arrived, everything was clean. We had an issue where the oven went out, but our hostess arranged for an air fryer/toaster oven to be delivered right away. The laundry was very handy. The kitchen, bathrooms, living room area, and bedrooms were well-stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We made good use of the beach chairs, towels, and beach toys as well. We appreciated being able to park our rental vehicle in a locked garage. One suggestion would be to get a new grill. We used the grill one time and it was hard to get it working properly so it took a long time to cook the food. We would have liked to grill more often. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Location is the best part

The location was fantastic. For the price, the condo was just okay - the house rules almost made it seem that it was an imposition to have us there. Communication was very delayed; I sent a request when I booked and never did hear back. Then a message asking how our stay was going arrived after we had checked out.

Amazing Stay!

We had an absolutely amazing day at the verbal rental in San Diego. From the moment we arrive. Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorating, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay one of the best parts is the beach was just steps away and being able to access the beach and walking to San and just made this trip unforgettable.

Safe and convenient location

We had a great time at this property on our family vacation! It was a little tricky, figuring out how to get in initially. But once we figured that out it was all good! There was plenty of blankets, towels, beach towels and toiletries. There was tons of beach toys and games, beach chairs, and bikes a plenty too (although we didn’t utilize the bikes) the only possible issue we had was when we tried to light the bbq on the patio. It was hard to light and while we were trying to light it the whole patio smelled like propane so bad. We use grills to cook a lot so I don’t think it was a user error. But it worked out anyway, we just walked down to the beach and got some dinner out. This house was so close to Belmont Park and the beach. It was so awesome to be so close to everything and we didn’t have to fuss with parking. The rooms were exactly as described! Two kings and two twin beds. The living room was comfy and they had lots of channels. The kitchen had a lot of dishes but make sure to bring your own K Cups! We were very pleased with our stay. Also the host reached out and was very communicative before we even got there. Thank you for having us at your beautiful beach house!
