We arrived late at night and it felt like a sketchy area. The facility was very clean, and staff was kind but language was an issue. They had advertised airport transport and had a van with a sign on it for airport transport, but they did not provide pick up or delivery. Cab fare was over $30 for a very short ride. The meter showed $14.98, but we were still charged $30 for the ride.

My stay at Ramada San Diego Airport was a nightmare. The constant noise forced me to change rooms in the middle of the night, and to top it off, the AC wasn't working. Extremely disappointing experience.

Too bright and linoleum looking. Older Hotel
The hotel and rooms are old but newly renovated in a linoleum type look and feel with super bright lights and old spring mattress beds. Staff was very nice and helpful. Just lots of lipstick on the old hotel.
