A wonderful spot for our quick beach get-a-way! The property was stocked with everything we needed ... super clean and close to the market and lots of great eateries. It definitely was a plus to have access to beach chairs, umbrella and towels, and it's just steps to the beach. We look forward to our next stay!

It was the perfect little getaway for our family. The apartment apartment is small but very efficient and the property managers were awesome about their communication with us as we were checking in and getting stuff for our kids. We really appreciate it. The effort that the owners put into the space the bed was comfortable. The shower was awesome. Appliances and cookware new and ready to use. And best of all just steps from the beach as advertised. We would would happily return and hope that we'd be welcome back.

Love Mission Beach!

Pros: Loved being so close to both the bay and the beach, and the rental had all the amenities we wanted/needed, even for our toddler. Great food (get the tacos at Mission Baja Tacos, and don't miss The Funky Lemon! And Olive Baking has amazing pastries.) nearby. Kylee was very responsive, and they promptly answered all questions we had. We loved this little space, and were thankful for the AC! It's nice to have a designated parking spot, too. Lots of beach toys, balls, chairs and an umbrella in the garage! The neighborhood isn't the best, but isn't the worst. It's just less "cutesie" than other locations in in Mission Beach. You will hear road noise from motorcycles and loud cars on the main street, but that's going to happen anywhere in the area.Feedback: -The bed is a 6.5/10 for comfort (always something I look for in reviews). -If you open the microwave while it's running, it flips the breaker switch, so you need to go down to the garage on the right side and reset the switch (Would be good for people to know).-We didn't ask since we brought a mini-mattress, but there weren't sheets for the Pack-n-Play.-The bathroom fan needs some love, but thankfully there's a window.

Fantastic stay

We absolutely love the location of this VRBO. 1 minute to the ocean and 2 minutes to the bay side. Many great restaurants a short walk from the condo. The condo itself is as described. The communication between Keeley and I was really quick. It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrella available to us at all times. The bed was super comfy and so many pillow types to choice from which was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

Neat and tidy condo.

I think the property's location and details are accurately described and depicted in the online listing. The property is on the south side of Mission Beach which is quieter than other areas of MB. My school age son enjoyed the beach and people watching on the boardwalk. We were within walking distance of lots of local eateries.

Pictures are deceiving

While the pictures of this unit are legit they are very deceiving. First off I booked this specific place because it has AC and laundry. *Technically* both were there, but the laundry was shared, which the listing did not say. There’s a portable AC unit, but it in no way cools off the entire place (it was 82 degrees inside at one point.). The unit is microscopic. There were two of us and we had no place to put our luggage or try to get ready. The bathroom fixtures were either covered in soap scum or oxidized and not sure what’s in the corners of the shower either. The place did not seem well maintained. It’s also in a not so great area and there are a LOT of bugs. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else. Also if you have any vehicle bigger than a car it will barely fit and if it does it will block the shared laundry.

Amazing Location

This property was great for myself and two children. The garage space ( deep garage) fit my Toyota Highlander. Most other vehicles stuck out of their spaces. Having a garage is a huge benefit in this area as parking is limited!

Cutest stay

I truly want to stay here every time I visit, the location is amazing, walking distance from EVERYTHING. I felt safe with all the doors and locks, I loved that I could park my car in a garage and not on the street. The house was so clean and set up so cute, if I would have stayed longer I would have loved to cook in that stunning kitchen. Truly can’t say enough good things!

Perfect location for beach and fun!

My sister and I wanted a fun getaway close to the beach and able to explore the city easily. This place was PERFECT! A two second walk to both the ocean and bay beaches and so close to many cute restaurants and delicious food!! One thing we didn’t realize that it was the top floor of the house but it truly was perfect once we figured that out! Thanks for a great stay in a beautiful city!

Great location and super communication!!

This place was great for my 16 year old daughter and myself. It was close to everything and the owners were super easy and responsive. We went for a quick weekend to unwind and relax and we were able to do just that. I would definitely book her again if it’s just 2 or 3 people.

Amazing Stay!

Property was just like it pictures! Very clean and organized. Literally steps from the beach. We were able to easily walk back for forgotten items, bathroom breaks or meals and head right back. Owner is very responsive and a pleasure to speak with.. Would absolutely stay at this property again!

Beautiful, clean, has everything you need and more!

We had a great stay ! Very clean, well decorated and cozy home. We enjoyed having the windows open through the night and having the ocean breeze come through the house. Well stocked kitchen and so sweet and thoughtful of our host to leave some snacks and drinks in the fridge. It was a nice touch with the current magazines available to read too. We were walking distance from all the great restaurants/coffee shop: better buzz, miss b's coconut club, single fin surf, mission cafe to name a few! We will definitely be back again next year!

Overall Awesome. Stayed with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. House is pretty well kid proofed. Perfect location. Perfect size. Everything you need is close. Very clean. Parking, laundry, kuerig coffee machine... Felt safe, unit is on top of a garage with private gated entry.
