South Mission Beach..Speci per la spiaggia e la baia!

Questa casa recentemente ristrutturata e aggiornata ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza fantastica sulla spiaggia! Molto spaziosa 2 piani, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominio a pochi passi dall'oceano e dalla baia! Grande patio w / grill privato, 2 balconi, grande camera familiare e cucina completamente attrezzata piena di pentole e padelle, piatti, utensili, ecc Includiamo anche la connessione wi-fi gratuita. Abbiamo un ampio soggiorno aperto e luminoso, ampio Smart TV 4k e un divano letto matrimoniale. Il bagno al piano inferiore ha una doccia. La cucina recentemente ristrutturata ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, bancone della colazione e zona pranzo separata con un tavolo che può ospitare sei. Abbiamo sedie da spiaggia, teli mare, boogie board e altri articoli da spiaggia per amici e parenti da usare. Ci sono due belle camere da letto al piano superiore, una con balcone con tavolo e sedie. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV. Il bagno al piano superiore ha doppi lavandini e una grande doccia.
Siamo situati nelle zone più ambite di Mission Beach, sulla penisola in cui l'oceano si trova da una parte e Mission Bay dall'altra parte della nostra casa, entrambe a pochi passi di distanza. Un sacco di spiaggia sabbiosa per rilassarsi o per godere di pallavolo, surf, canottaggio, kayak e boogie boarding. A pochi passi c'è Mission Market, Pub, ristoranti e altro ancora. Situato a pochi passi lungo la passerella della spiaggia è divertente per la famiglia @ Belmont Park. È un parco divertimenti con tante attività divertenti per i bambini e divertimento per gli adulti e con ristoranti, negozi e attività acquatiche.
Si trova vicino ad alcuni dei luoghi più caldi di San Diego, SeaWorld, Città Vecchia, Balboa Park e Musei, Zoo di San Diego, USS Midway, Seaport Village, Gas Lamp District, Padres Stadium, Centro di San Diego, Aeroporto, Legoland e molto Di Più!

Immediately we were so excited to be in San Diego and this house made it much more enjoyable! The area was incredible, from the beach being 200ft away to the coffee shops and dive bars, we loved it all. The patio was perfect for grilling, grabbing some extra sun, or talking with family and locals that walk by! The interior was decorated so well and fitted the beach theme perfectly. We felt at home right away and enjoyed having the double doors wide open for a fresh beach breeze. A great weekend and the cozy beach house made everything that much better. Highly recommend this space for future families, and we are excited to visit again!

Great stay! Short walk to the beach. Conveniently located next to a market, bar and coffee shop. House was perfect for a family of 4. Updated and clean house with cute beach decor. Thoughtful host sent us a message during our stay to check on us. Would definitely come back.

Very nice home. Stayed with my 2 20 year old daughters. The twin beds were small of them but they managed. King bedroom was very nice. We used beach chairs and cooler which was really nice. The location is great - walked on the boardwalk every day. Lots of food options close by, Market was handy but overpriced, but that's expected for beach town. There are bars very close by that paly live music on the weekends. Very loud if trying to sleep but I am sure we would have been there if the kids were 21. Took an Uber to the market in Little on Saturday - loved it! Easy drive to Sea World. Easy walk to Belmont and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Ice machine would be nice, but we bought ice from accross the street.

Excellent host - easy to reach and very helpful local suggestions.Super clean place with beachy vibes throughout. Kitchen has everything needed.Beach chairs and coolers were a huge plus.Super short and beautiful walk to the beach and boardwalk. Coffee, breakfast lunch and dinner all within 50 feet.Belmont park is also a short walk away for family entertainment.You should note that there is no air conditioning (I missed this detail), although fans are provided in every room.There is also some street noise in the later evening (10p-12a) from the main bedroom due to the nearby restaurants. This required closing the slider and losing cool air supply.These minor details did not overshadow all the perks of this place. We will be back!

We enjoyed our South Mission Beach stay. Fran and Bill are thoughtful and responsive hosts, consistently responding to our messages within a 2hr window. The condominium has lovely decor, is comfortably furnished, and is extremely clean (high value metric). The kitchen is well appointed, including both basic and gourmet kitchenware. Outside seating areas are a plus for quiet time and privacy. The beach is easily accessible by foot, as are boutique restaurants and shops. We traveled throughout the San Diego area during our stay and found South Mission Beach to be close enough for convenience and far enough away to be restful. We would return to South Mission Beach, as well as highly recommend to others. Robin Liles

Too short of stay

Wonderful few days by the beach. Close to store, restaurants, coffee, Belmont park. The house was clean and modern and furnished with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.

South Mission Beach Amazing Stay

My family had a great time during our stay. Great location, perfect for my family and we loved everything about the place. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great beach location and easy access to all the things San Diego has to offer.

Great place to stay. It is super close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Belmont Park. The condo had lots of beach towels and toys handy. It was a home away from home, great for a stay with kids.

Good spot for beach access

This is a very active little strip of land between the bay and the ocean with a LOT of homes packed onto it, and one main road up and down the strip. There are pros and cons to staying in this area. Pros--super close to the beach (2 min walk, maybe 5 with little kids and a lot of gear in tow). Coffee shops and a few eateries less than a one-minute walk away from the front door. Cons--it was loud at night for me (not just on New Years with fireworks that shook the house, that is to be expected!) with activity outside and planes flying overhead.The house itself is well-appointed and comfortable! The front door almost looks like a back door--the front door doesn't face the street, rather the walkway between other multiplexes, and it's behind a gated patio. Very glad parking was included, although getting our minivan in and out of the tight spot took some maneuvering. My main disappointment was that there is no washer/dryer. Traveling with kids and being near the beach makes having a washer almost a necessity. My fault for not specifically looking at the listing to clarify that. It's one of the big reasons we like to stay in rentals vs hotels.

Fantastic stay

I’m writing this review a little late because life got busy but have to give the owners credit. We visit Mission Beach a couple times a year for the last 20 years and have stayed in numerous vacation rentals. This house is definitely on the top. Can’t say enough good things. I would consider myself a clean freak and this stay met my high standards. Very close to the beach, places to eat and coffee. Parking for our big SUV which is always a challenge when visiting. We highly recommend.and would love to book again next visit.

Summer Fun!

This home is absolutely lovely and provides the perfect "beach vibe"! It is well appointed with all you need for a day of fun in the sun, BBQ'ing and dining alfresco on the patio with family and friends. Great location with short walk to the sand, restaurants, and neighborhood market. It's a short drive to Mission Bay where you can rent Duffy boats for an afternoon cocktail cruise and soak up the sunshine. We live in the desert and were looking for an escape from the summer heat and a fun location to spend time with friends. Fran's home fit the bill in every manner.

Lovely Place

A nicely decorated and comfortable rental. Extra beach amenities which was greatly appreciated. The master bedroom mattress is soft which my husband enjoyed. The neighbors were friendly and fun and the location is perfect walking distance to everything you may need.

Better than advertised

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Location was AMAZING. Literally 60ish yards from the beach and a little more to the bay. A lot of listing say walking distance and it isnt true, this place is 100% true. Beach during the day or 2 minute walk to the Bay at night to see the Sea World fireworks So awesome. Tons of food options within walking distance. Two markets with really friendly people. Walk down the beach walkway for less than 1/2 a mile and you will be at the Bellmont area with games and attractions like a carnival. Also, tons of food and entertainment. One note, the property does not have A/C. It got a little warm during the day even with all the doors open and multiple fans running. It wasn't unbearable but just something to keep in mind. The property was so well decorated and updated. IT had the exact beach vibe we were looking for. Nice balcony off the master bed room. Fun deck on the front. Really nice, well stocked kitchen. Beds were nice. Smart TV's in every room. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It would honestly be hard to stay anywhere else now.

Amazing location

We stayed at this house for 4 days/3 nights, it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities such as tupperware, foil etc. It was steps from the beach, it took us about 2 minutes to walk down the pathway to the sand. The house had a closet stocked with beach accessories from coolers to boogie boards and outside they had a bin full of sand toys which was perfect for our family. It is close to the main area of Mission Beach where you can walk to restaurants if you would like. There is a great coffee shop just next door and the Mexican food place across the street was great! We will be returning to this house on our next visit to San Diego.

Perfect getaway

The condo was just what we hoped it would be! Super clean and cute, with extra personal touches (coffee, creamer, hair dryer, lots of blankets, etc). Loved having a dedicated parking spot as well. The location was great, as it was easy to walk on and off of the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
