Amazing location. Beautiful sunsets. Mission beach has a lot of walk ability with coffee (Funky Lemon is amazing), restaurants and family activities. The condo size was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 3, 6 and 7). The bunk room was great. The main bedrooms bathroom is open to the bedroom which was a surprise but also we didnt mind it. The front door is glass which also surprised us but it’s not unusual to see a lot of glass doors and windows in the area!

Access & views!! This condo was clean & well equipped. The primary bedroom was a dream—comfortable bed, quiet, and beautifully set up. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all beach essentials were thoughtfully provided. Beach access was incredibly convenient, making trips to the sand quick and effortless. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, and everything in the unit was convenient and very user-friendly. Truly a stress-free stay, and we would happily return!

Lying in the master bed watching the Pacific Ocean waves while the fireplace was going is gonna be hard to beat! The hot tub is deep, hot and the jets are strong. Sitting in this while also hearing and watching the waves was special. Clean and quiet complex ideal for 1-3 guests. Highly recommend!

The beach view was absolutely prime. Better than pictured, especially the bedroom pic. They understate the view for sure. Kids could run out on the sand while I kept an eye on them from the balcony or shore level loungers. Beach does have mild undertow at certain times that would concern me for very small children, but it was not a problem for my light-weight 10 year old. Plus the lifeguards are very vigilant about conditions. The property itself was perfect. Everything as described, more kitchen utensils than expected, spotlessly clean, smelled good. Some of the dining chairs are a little worn but seriously, I'm stretching to think of something that wasn't ideal. Hot tub is Super hot (in a good way) and showers had hot water and good pressure (very valuable after the cold ocean!) Perfect for teens and big kids. I would say I wouldn't want to stay with toddlers as it would be hard to safety gate the doors- they are swinging or sliding glass and top of the stairs doesn't have a good way to block it off. But in that case, stay on the lower floor and you'll be fine. I would absolutely stay here again.

The ocean view was breath taking. At night, you can hear the ocean waves from your bedroom.I was able to check in early per management. The place was very clean.I would definitely go back and stay in the same place.

We had spectacular time and the property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, beautiful views, and very well stocked with kitchen essentials. The location was incredible— on the beach and with a less than 10-minute walk to restaurants, Belmont Park, stores and more. We are a family of four and loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back!The responsiveness with the host was an 11 out of 10, and we greatly appreciated it.

We had a great stay- it was perfect for our family of 5. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. It was so nice to be steps from the boardwalk and beach! I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. The management company was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect getaway!!

This place was AMAZING. From all the extras, to the location. Everything was just as imagined, if not better. Kitchen was equipped w everything you need for cooking including salt and pepper. Everything for cleaning and bathing was provided. Extra beach towels, chairs, toys, umbrella were available in closet. Main bedroom had a view and access to the beach. And everything in mission beach was in walking distance. Definitely will be back! Thank you to our hosts for an amazing trip!

It was nice being next to the boardwalk but the rental was older and more rundown than the pictures let on. It was clean, but the hot tub didnt look very inviting. It was a little concerning the camera across the master balcony that seemed to be pointing into our room. Overall, it was a nice trip. The host was very kind and responsive.

Nice Stay

Check in and check out we’re very easy and the app helps keep things organized. Home is nice and location is great. Perfect for our family of 4. The home is nice and everything is well labeled making it easy to figure out. 4 star rating is due to the wear of the unit. It’s in a high tourist volume area and the home showed reasonable wear. Broken leg on a kitchen chair, master bed upholstery worn, many marks on walls (needs paint), etc. recognize it’s difficult to maintain everything in a new state with the heavy use this unit probably receives. Yet, 5 star is everything is near perfect. Everything was nice, but doesn’t meet 5 star criteria from my perspective. Too much wear throughout the unit. As a 4 star, I would consider staying there again. My family had a blast.

Great beach getaway

We had a great week at the Surside condo. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and true to the pictures. Check-in was easy, and response to questions was quick. The location was great - right on Mission Beach with easy access to Belmont Park and downrown attractions. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was ok

Property is on the beach. This unit is closer to the road so the view on the beach is a side view but you can see the beach. Unit and property was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful location

Im from seattlw, and i thought the location of my stay was on a great spot right in front of the beach, i could literwlly see the waves from the bed room! Local businesses and restraunts were minutes away by foot. If i could id be here every vacation

Dream location

My wife and I, along with our 17, 15 and 10 year old loved this place! The location could not be any better! The home itself was perfect for the 5 of us. The communication and caring from the owner/property managers was amazing! They were caring and attentive. We even asked for portable fans due to us liking overnight cold. When we arrived, there we 5 of them. I highly recommend this home and I think we will be back here again someday.

Fantastic family getaway, staying on the beach is a must!

The property was super clean and exactly as advertised. Being directly on the board walk was amazing! So nice to come in for a break from the beach and it only be steps away. The unit came with everything you needed. We were especially surprised and grateful there were two boogie boards for the kids to use and four beach chairs, and umbrella for the beach and even a volleyball and football! We would stay again and could not be more happy with the stay.

Beautiful views, excellent location

We enjoyed our time on the beach.equipped and in the perfect location. It was in close proximity to everything. Pros: 1- It was very relaxing. 2- It was beachfront. (Which was the #1 draw for me.) 3- Beautiful views in the morning and evening. 4- Beach chairs and chaise lounge chairs on the patio for relaxing, catching some sun, and watching the wave. 5- Hot tub to relax in. Cons: 1- My wife felt it was a little dirty. I didn't notice it. 2- The second bedroom had no window. So it collected the hot air throughout the day. As a result, my kids found it somewhat difficult to sleep. Fortunately there were fans in that bedroom. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here.
