“Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Mit Liegen und Außendusche zwischen Bäumen...

“Allora da dove cominciare: Giuseppe è un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile, educato, mai di troppo, è un vero padrone di casa. Casa meravigliosa, le foto parlano da sole, anzi , non riescono ad esprimere a pieno la qualità delle finiture, la pulizia, la precisione e la cura messa nell’arredamento. Una casa fatta con amore da Giuseppe e sua moglie Bianca. Grazie mille per averci regalato questa splendida vacanza.”

“Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.”

“The villa was fantastic and the gardens and the pool were perfect. As a large family visiting the area the villa catered for all ages. The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return.”

“Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.”

“Our group totaly 16 people stayed in this beautifull villa one week (7-14. July 2018) and we realy enjoy the each single day in this villa on the coastline. Especialy the children like it very much because the nice and clear sea is just few steps away just with few people on the beach so realy perfect place for the family holiday. To wach the sunset from the villa is amazing feeling. Special thanks to property owner Anna who give to us all the good advices regarding to the trips arround,...

“Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts...

“Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere. The mountains that surrounded the property were glorious and the beach(es) in the area were so beautiful. I hope to return to see Anna and her family again and I thank them so much for helping me...

“Rilassante”

“Leider haben wir die heißeste Zeit erwischt, das machte den Urlaub nicht wirklich entspannt, aber das Haus ist ein Traum und das Meer war glasklar. Das Wasser aus der Quelle in Fuscaldo hätte ich gerne zuhause 😉 Der Vermieter ultra nett und jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Besser geht es kaum.”
