“Underwhelming. We primarily chose this hotel because they accommodated our two dogs…and that was the only plus. Unfortunately the place is very run down. The frame of the sofa/bed in our room was broken. There was nothing more than bright overhead lights in the room which was harsh after the sun went down, and the fan had only one speed - on or off. Great location, very central, but there are many hotels that offer the same location/proximity. We were denied early check-in as well as a request...

“First off the staff was friendly and helpful. The issue is the building is falling apart and obviously underfunded. The grounds are being swallowed up by the jungle, paint peeling off everywhere and nothing to do on the grounds. The room was big and clean with a small private pool with a comfortable bed”

“Nice hotel. Wished it had a cafe, restaurant or bar on site. A coffee maker in the room would be nice. No safe in our room . Otherwise all was great!”
