Tre camere da letto in stile vittoriano-flat è a disposizione degli interessati in cerca di una casa tranquilla e bella. La casa è stata costruita nel 1924 ed è stato restaurato con cura per il suo fascino originale ancora ingranato con comfort moderni. La casa è arredata con gusto ed è molto ben illuminata dalle sue numerose finestre e lucernari. Può ospitare comodamente 5 come due delle camere più grandi hanno letti queen-size e la stanza più piccola ha un letto matrimoniale. L'intero appartamento è rifinito pavimenti in legno originali, rosetta soffitto, corona stampaggio, caminetto decorativo (da non usare), armadi originali e porte franco-. Il soggiorno ha un grande divano in pelle scamosciata con due poltrone e un extra-large pouf che può raddoppiare come posti a sedere supplementari. Per il vostro divertimento, vi è giochi di società, Wii-Fi, un grande televisore e un lettore DVD. La sala da pranzo 6 posti a sedere comodamente. Accanto alla sala da pranzo è una grande cucina con i comfort moderni, tra cui una stufa a gas 6 fuochi, cappa, doppio forno, più calde, grande frigorifero, frigo piccolo per le bevande, frullatore, tostapane, grande e macchina per il caffè. Ci sono due bellissimi bagni (senza vasca) che sono provvisti di asciugamani puliti, shampoo, balsamo, sapone per il corpo, e carta igienica per la vostra convenienza. Gli ospiti possono gustare un bicchiere di vino nel patio o nel cortile privato dove è possibile griglia da soli una bella cena sulla griglia a gas si trova sotto le scale.

Loved this home!

Beautiful, Comfortable SF Stay

The house was spacious, tastefully decorated and welcoming. Our hosts left us plenty of coffee and snacks for the late night snacking we needed after a full day in the city. The kitchen was beautiful with a skylight and access to an outdoor patio along with an abundance of cooking appliances and spices. We'd love to go back!

Coffee and ice cream.

Perfect long weekend with family. Coffee in the morning from the coffee shop across the road, and ice cream after dinner from the ice cream shop also just across the road. Ideal for staying in or going out. Felt completely at home. Lupe met us to check in and had plenty of tips for places to eat, things to see, then left us to our own devices. Would stay again.

Wonderful Property and Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in San Francisco at this beautiful property. Amazing hosts that are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The home is very clean and has comfortable beds and a great kitchen space with so many amenities. Nice to have a parking spot available for our rental car, too! We would definitely stay at this property again!

We arrived and were met by our host Lupe. Very gracious and helpful. We loved the location. Did not need a car and visited all the sights we hoped to see. We have stayed in many VRBO and this ranks at the top.

San Francisco

San Francisco was the end destination on our 2 week road trip on Highway 101 starting in Seattle. Lupe was there to greet us and open her home to us. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen amazing. All attractions are easily accessible and Lupe offers a list of restaurants and sites to see. It was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our vacation. Highly recommend.

Great spot for a family trip to San Francisco

Hosts were great, easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our stay. Location is close to the 280 freeway so it was easy to get around and they have a nice breakfast spot (Tasty Coffee) and ice cream place (Balboa Ice Cream) right nearby. We had a family of 4 and the space was perfect to accommodate all of us.

Excellent basis to discover San Francisco and the Bay Area

The home offered all we had hoped for. It was comfortable and inviting and it felt like coming home when we returned from our discovery tours in and around SF. Wonderful Stay

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a quick drive to the Fisherman's Wharf area with our rental car. There is also city transportation in close proximity as well as grocery stores, etc. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and had so many amenities.The beds were comfortable and updated showers were nice. We enjoyed being able to have dinners together in the dining room after a day of tourist activites and had fun playing games from their collection. Lupe was so sweet. She was a wonderful host who was very responsive to any questions we had and also very accomodating. We were sad we had to leave, If we are ever back in San Francisco, we will not hesitate staying here again!

A welcoming home away from home

Lupe welcomed us with wise advice about our plans, and a wonderful classic sourdough bread. Easy to get around the city from this quiet neighborhood, and it was a spacious, comfortable place to get back to at the end of a hectic touring day. Our family enjoyed the comfy living room and the open kitchen was a great place to gather to watch my brother make amazing breakfasts! Large dining area was a game night table on several occasions. Highly recommend and we hope to come again soon!

Gem in San Francisco Mission Terrace

This gem of an apartment is carefully restored to original elegance. Hardwood floors, wood paneled dining room, tiled floor in the great kitchen, quiet bedrooms, and a porch in the back make for a great experience. The apartment is located in Mission Terrace, a diverse neighborhood with origins in the early twentieth century, when it was first developed. Lots of ethnic food in the neighborhood. Downtown San Francisco is a 12-minute ride with BART. Lupe and Marisol are wonderful and very responsive hosts. This place was our family's favorite thus far in San Francisco.

Lovely Home Convenient to Glen Park/Noe Valley

Lovely home that was very comfortable and exceptionally decorated. Convenient to the Glen Park/Noe Valley area and to the Tasty Coffee (about a block from residence) for morning coffees, lattes and pastries. Would definitely book again for return visit.
