Perched on the second floor, this home was fully remodeled in 2026 — 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus a bright open loft — blending contemporary style with calm water views — sun-filled rooms, fully equipped kitchen and a clean, airy design throughout. Watch the light play on the lagoon from the dining room, and you're perfectly positioned mid-Peninsula: minutes to SFO and an easy drive to both San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
The home is located on the second floor — two flights of stairs (about 20 steps total) bring you up to an open, light-filled interior with wide-plank LVP flooring, crisp white walls, and elevated views over the water. The living area — with a comfy sectional and a 65" smart TV — is made for unwinding, and the dining space looks straight out over the water — meals come with a lagoon view.
The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home — stainless appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware, etc.
The home's multi-level layout gives everyone their own space. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with quality bedding, and every room — including the bright open loft — has its own study desk, making this a great fit for remote workers, students, and business travelers. The fully renovated bathroom features modern fixtures, a smart toilet with auto open/close lid and auto flush, and a bright, spa-like feel.
Out back, the waterfront deck is the heart of the home — morning coffee, evening wind-downs, and front-row views of the lagoon.

Garbage is collected early every Monday morning and may be noisy.
