This is a newly remodeled unit, A cozy and comfy place to stay and relax. Walking distance to Daly City Bart (8mins) and #14 bus station. Walking distance to Mission Plaza (Starbucks, lucky and restaurants). For SUV, MINIVAN and TRUCK the nearest paid overnight parking is in Bart station which is 5 minutes walking distance from the property.



The Space:

You'll have the entire place. Two(2) Bedrooms, One(1) Bathroom. One(1) Parking slot suitable for a compact car and One(1) full kitchen.



Guest Access:

You'll have an access to the stairs in front for you to go up to your unit. For the Laundry, it's downstairs at the end of the parking lot area; near the trash cans. You'll have an access to one free parking slot inside our garage.



Other Things to Note:

To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.



For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.



Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $100 per month for long term stay.





To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines:

1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.

2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.

3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.

4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
